Kayak offered rentals that are not available in my city. The closest location is 60 to 90 min away. So when I went to pick up the 2, 15 passenger vans my husband and I reserved for a big sports trip THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE.

Pick up was great and quick! Vehicle was great except it pulled to the right, needed an alignment or something. Drop off at airport - not so good. Hard time finding someone who spoke English, long walk to the shuttle and I was with my elderly mom who needed a wheelchair, and they were in a hurry for me to remove our bags and leave the car. Totally different from the pick up

Service in West Palm was friendly, but slow. Not enough staff to handle customers. Car was not clean, had paint chips and scratches and during trip passenger side mirror stopped working. Dropped off car in different location. Agent disinterested and overcharged for gasoline. On line help associate was very helpful.

Budget didn't have the car we reserved and forced us to take a minivan. Upon return, there was no one to process our drop off so we left the car. When someone finally checked it in, it was 13 minutes late and they charged us an extra day! Now I can't find anyone to try to get this sorted out! VERY disappointing.

I strongly suggest you rent at a more reputable company. If you do rent here, which is understandable because they are so cheap, please be very careful. Make sure you have the time to get to their far off airport location, to deal with their lack of staff or service. Make sure you are ok renting a beat up car that is likely 10 years old. And finally make sure you cover yourself with copious notes and photos because their business model seems to be to get damaged cars and then blame people for damage that was clearly already there. I guess that's how they make their extra money?

The car was lovely but that staff at Sixt was rude on both pick up and drop off. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by renting me a car. And, adding insult to injury, they over charged wildly ($600) for a tiny scrape on the HUBCAP (where it touched a curb during parallel parking)!!! I’ll never use this company again.

Horrible As a steady customer and Airline employee Hertz and Kayak have just showed the worst communication experience in my 55 years of renting cars I needed to change the day by one due to illness in family and tried for 2 hours on the telephone Finally getting a outsourced Hertz employee that just didn’t care in the Philippines . I was told I gave to cancel my kayak rental myself. I tried for hours and was told finally that hertz can cancel it however it will be a different rate of almost $78 more Anyway. Not going to waist my time with this experience review because it will be going no where I will certainly voice my experience with yelp etc etc. Buckle in hertz Kayak for your ride of negative Review. Goodbye Hertz HELLO SITX they treated me like a king with my new reservation

I really want the address of the CEO of this company. I arrived at the airport with my prepaid confirmation number for my reservation at West Palm Internet at Palm Beach international Airport. I went outside search for the shuttle. The shuttle driver stopped. I was about to get into the shuttle it was after 9 o’clock at night, and the shuttle driver said we don’t have your car. We ran out of cars!! I was forced to go to an alternate car rental company which charge me close to double the amount! I believe Fox should refund me my money and match the difference that I had to pay to the new car rental company. How did a company do this? I am totally dissatisfied, angry, and looking for compensation for all of this discomfort, I faced at the Palm Beach airport. I want to write a formal letter to the CEO, letting him know what occurred, and how unhappy I am. I travel frequently, and as of now I will never use Fox again, nor will I recommend it to any of my travel companions. This experience was terrible, inconsiderate, dishonest, upsetting, and really has no excuse.

When we arrived at airport to take shuttle to get car van came and told us there were no more cars!!!! We were on time but car that was reserved was not available, no cars were!! We had no choice but to find another rental late at night and pay much more than had been planned. Terrible experience.

getting a ride from airport took half an hour, initial phone contact number didn't pick up, 17 callers wait for call to be answered. At drop off in early morning the office was closed, fortunetly one of the hotel workers saw me and another woman and told us where to park and drove us to airport.There should have been a sign at door directing to Hotel.

Pros:

The first person I dealt with was not very professional. He was going to charge me because I was an hour and a half early. Not easy to work with at all. You are the only car rental place that asks for a insurance policy , who carries that with them. 🙃. The woman I ended up dealing with was wonderful. Also the man I was asking questions about gas fill up prices had no idea. Easierent by far was one of the hardest rental places to deal with. It was in the past too in Fort Lauderdale. I thought I’d give you a second chance. This will be the last time I use easierent. I wpuld pay the extra money for professionalism next time.

i reserved a convertible and it was not available at pickup waited 40 minutes in line at pick up. wont use your service or company again

Loved the car. Rav 4 was comfortable, easy to operate, clean, spacious and it ended up being an upgrade for me. Check out was lengthy. It was around 8 pm at PBI. There was a considerable wait as there were several people waiting in line to get cars. It was confusing because the paperwork was processed in the Enterprise office and there was no signage to indicate this. The National office was right there but was closed. Check in was very easy and quick.

Pros:

Staff was extremely rude. Took two hrs to check in only one person working the desk and he was soo rude and moved as slow as a turtle.

I waited in line for 1.5 hours to get my car. The agent handed me an envelope with no contact in it. I got to the gate and had to go back. He said he emailed it, which I never got. He did not tell me he was emailing something I need to get off the lot. Even if I had gotten it, what was I supposed to do—boot up my laptop at the gate and hand it to the booth? I will NEVER rent from Payless or Budget at this location again.
