Pros:Vehicle was cleaned, No wait.Cons:Have the vehicle full of gas, let people know there’s a 300 hold fee on top of your rental fee that will be held on your credit card. Went booking on kayak, provide additional insurance information if selected.Reviewed 1 Nov 2020

Pros:When I arrived for pick-up, there was a little delay, which is understandable considering there was only one cleaner doing all the cars due to the outbreak. The staff communicated with me throughout the wait to assure me they didn’t forget about me. Afterwards, they gave me a free upgrade to a JAGUAR!!! Will definitely go back to Alamo @ CAK.Cons:Hire more staff (if it’s possible in today’s climate)Reviewed 3 Jun 2020

Cons:I purchased the third party insurance for the car, and Alamo advised me that it is worthless. That policy doesn’t cover the car, and they would have to go through my car insurance if something happened. If I had just paid Alamo directly, it would have been covered bumper to bumper .
