Pros:Perhaps I should have read more carefully. Given the snow conditions, I rented an SUV and must have understood incorrectly as I expected all-wheel or four-wheel drive. I was offered a $150 upsell. Guy walking up next to me got a small all wheel drive which was not offered. Very good experiencePros:The pickup was efficient and the agent was very friendly. The car was spacious, all wheel drive, and very clean, perfect for Colorado mountain roads.Cons:The car lacked pickup/acceleration speed on the highway, but most 'economy' cars do, so not unexpected.Reviewed 1 Sep 2017

Pros:A little pricey. But good experience. The aspen airport is pretty small so the same workers at the kiosk might be out cleaning the cars and you will have to call them to get service Super friendly and got a nice Subaru outback perfect for the back roads of COCons:Too expensive for a few hours the price to rent the same car only a few hours away was half the price. Desk personelPros:Pickup was greatCons:When I picked up I asked SPECIFICALLY if I could use another credit card when I dropped it off, AND that I would drop off early in the AM. When I dropped it off the desk was closed, I left a not request that charge be put on different credit card. No Reply. When I called them they said it would not be possible unless we were there in person (we had already flown out) VERY POOR SERVICE. I would have stopped during the week if I knew the situation.Reviewed 25 Jan 2017

Free upgrade and very friendly staffPros:We got a free upgrade, and the car was very comfortable. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful, and the free additional driver was a real bonus.Cons:We rented from Aspen, Colorado in early January and the temperature was 4 F (-15 C) on the day we picked the car up, with snow and ice covering all the roads, so I was surprised to learn that the car was not fitted with winter/snow tyres. The all weather tyres did make the drive pretty scary at times!Reviewed 16 Jan 2017
