The pickup process was horrible. It took 2 hours to get my car. The pickup system is confusing. There was a desk for pickup but they directed us to a stand in the parking structure. Team told me that do you want too service activated as I was going through the toll gate, however she didnt mentioned to me that it has a separate charge and didnt specifiy how much the toll service fees will cost me. When I received 29$ (including VAT) charges, I called them and that time they told me this is the cost. I also checked online, wherein the toll services should have been only around $10 (excluding VAT), however not sure about this charge.
