This is a new parking garage and it seems it is only partially in use so the exit signs are not accurate. The staff did not inform me of this or how to leave the garage upon pick up. The signs show exits that end in barricades and after 20 minutes of driving in circles I had to ask another employee (not a car rental employee, as I couldn't find anyone around to help) in the garage informed me that I need to go through the "return" area in order to leave the premise. I had to help another couple out of the garage as well as they were also confused. This could have been avoided if the staff were to inform renters upon picking up their car.Reviewed 29 Nov 2025

No one joined me to review its condition at the pickup. It had damage all over the exterior. The drop off parking was not indicated by any signage. Very hard to find. Whomever is cleaning the windshields of your pick up trucks is doing a dreadful job. They did not have enough staff to clean and prepare vehicle's. I arrived early, but waited in line for an hour before they could help me. Desk staff were pleasant and doing their best, but they had no cars to hand out. They were waiting for a car - any car - to come up on their screens so they could assign it to us. I paid for a luxury passenger car, but ended up in a Chrysler minivan. And this is where it became obvious. When I got upstairs to the rental lot - there were PLENTY of cars. Hundreds. But they had no staff to prepare/clean and turn them over. When I got back the receiving staff were extremely rude. Would not even make eye contact with me. I need receipts for the work I do and politely asked if he would process my return so the receipt could be generated, he just kept saying rudely over and over again "check your email!"
