Horrendous ServicePros:NoneCons:We showed up at the office to pick up our car and the agent said that even though we had a reservation, there were no cars because they decided to send all of the cars to Cancun. We pointed out we had a valid reservation but he said that doesn't obligate them to hold a car for us if they can rent it at a better price at some other location. He said he couldn't help us and offered no additional assistance.Reviewed 4 Jan 2019

Rude and no carPros:NothingCons:I arrived just after pick up time and was met by a rude staff member informing me that they have no cars today.
