Pros:

Absolutely nothing. Customer services was bad all around, sent me to the wrong pickup location and when I was sent half way across LA by a rep at the lax location the office was closed.

Cons:

They told me that the promo “was no longer valid” and charged me an extra $45/day and it is now taking weeks of customer service calls to get it taken care of.

Rental never happened, Hertz cancelled my reservation. Still trying to get my refund for this reservation.

A "confirmed" "reservation" doesn't guarantee that a car gets reserved for you—regardless of the dictionary definition of those words. On the day of pickup, no cars were available, my booking was cancelled, and I had to alter my plans entirely.
