Overbooked, out of cars?!Pros:Nothing. This was a terrible experience.Cons:I was supposed to pick up the car on Friday morning and return it on Monday morning. Thursday night I received a call from them saying that they had overbooked and were out of cars, but that I could be put on a waitlist to get a car on Monday. Which is of course completely worthless. So I had to scramble and find another car for the weekend at the last minute. What is the point of making a reservation if it isn't going to be honored anyway? I will do my best to avoid renting a car from Enterprise at any point in the future.Reviewed 18 Oct 2016

Ended on a good notePros:All charges were eventually waved.Cons:When I told the manager of the drop off location all the trouble I had with the pick-up and the car since -- I was delayed at the onset, repeatedly lied to, strongly encouraged to perjure myself and defraud the state of rightful taxes, given a smoky car I had indicated would be bad for my wife's medical conditions, and significantly delayed again at the end of my trip due to misinformation about the drop off site...all of which was avoidable and much of it (if not all of it) was intentional. -- (no other customers were there when I started, but all the while more and more people were coming in as I continued) the drop off manager asked what I wanted him to do about the situation. I said that short of refunding me entirely for the "asthma box" we were given without notice I couldn’t think of anything and then I asked what he COULD do. He replied with, “Well, I can't do that but…” and it was at that point that someone else came out from behind the wall scanned the mass of people in the lobby standing around listening to my story and said, “Just do it. Just give it to him” and then disappeared back behind the wall.Reviewed 26 Feb 2016

Pros:The truck had not been cleaned. I alerted the staff in SLC and she said it wasn’t her problem. I needed to talk with where I rented it. PHX. It was dark when I rented it. I left early the next morning and when the sun came up it was disgusting. Even had the previous gas receipt left in the cup holder. With COVID- 9 we were very concerned. Enterprise could have cared less.Cons:Needed to be cleaned and disinfected if they are going to hang a sign in window saying how they care. They don’t! Pros:NothingCons:One way fee was not disclosed to me. Also the story I picked it up from was closed for half the time I had the vehicle, I needed costumer service and no other store could assist me, I was told I needed to speak to the store I picked it up from. Pros:The vehicle itself was awesome.Cons:1) We picked up the rental without using the airport shuttle (I had a ride there), but the instructions to arrive at the airport for pickup were awful. Nothing was marked and there weren’t any signs to direct us where to park, where to walk, or where to enter the building. 2) Only one agent was helping 9 people in line, on a Saturday mid-morning, and during the holidays. 3) The Enterprise website lists a Premium SUV as a Chevy Suburban or similar (8 passengers), which is clearly what my reservation email confirmed. Upon arrival, I was offered a BMW X3 (seats 5) and was told that’s what a Premium SUV is. After showing the agent my confirmation email and comparing it to their own website, she said I would have to pay an up charge for the larger vehicle. Only after speaking with a manager was I given the correct vehicle I had originally reserved at the price I was quoted.Reviewed 14 Dec 2020

Customer service was so horrible from the Brach Manager, Sebastian C.Pros:The other professional that was working that day, sorry I did not get his name. He was very helpful, nice and professional, what I would expect from someone in a customer service roll. I think he deserves a bonus for having to work with Sebastian, who treated everyone around him so poorly.Cons:The Branch Manager, Sebastian Cuervo, was extremely unprofessional in the way he interacted with me, the other customers in the store, the employee working with him and to ever he was on the phone with. Upon our arrival, the van I rented was out transporting someone, during mid sentence, Sebastian answered the phone and began helping that person. Which he was very rude and annoyed with who ever he was talking to on the phone. I stood there for awhile before Sebastian tossed by license and credit card over to another employee to finish working on my rental. Sebastian was rude to the next group of people who came in to rent a vehicle, because they were no more vehicles at that location to rent. He could of been nice and professional, offer to help them get a car, but he was rude and offered no assistance. He was rude to the young man he was working with (sorry, I did not get his name). Which he was very nice and professional. He was very helpful in getting our vehicle ready. I would of left to rent a car somewhere else, but we were crunched for time and this rental was such a great deal. I travel a lot, I rent a lot of cars, but after this experience, I will do everything possible, even pay more to never rent a car from Enterprise. Sebastian should not be working in customer service if he is going to act so rude and unprofessional. He acted as though helping people at this place of work was so below him. I can't put words in the other young professional that was working that day, but it seemed as though he had to hold back from telling Sebastian to stop treating him and the customers so poorly. When i finally got the rental van, it was out of gas, on empty, light was on, Sebastian rolled his eyes when I asked him to fill it up, he told me "the van gets roughly 300 miles to a tank, figure it out how much you'll need to return the van empty. " He eventually ordered the other young professional to go fill it up and tossed him the gas card. Made me want to buy the vehiclePros:I was very surprised that I was able to pick the vehicle I wanted from the four that was presented to me. I also was glad that the vehicle had so much room in my he back seat for my passengers. And don’t get me started on the miles to the gallon that vehicle got. Enterprise even did this thing that if you didn’t want to fill it up with gas, then you didn’t have to. You would get charged but it wasn’t too bad because it was convenient. Now I didn’t take advantage of this but it was good to know. Enterprise has stepped up their game and I would highly recommend on renting from them again, I know I will.Reviewed 6 Aug 2018
