Cons:They didn't have the cargo van I rented. They called day of, saying they wanted to "save me the time" of coming to get it. I asked if they could locate one at another location and they told me I could call around. I did--no luck. I ended up having to rent an actual moving van and pay an extra month for being late. The representative didn't even apologize--just acted like it wasn't his problem. Appalling lack of customer service. :-(Reviewed 8 Mar 2021

Cons:The car smelled offensively of excessive air freshener as if the smell of cigarette smoke was being masked. The air freshener was so powerful that my cloths and belongings would smell like it hours after getting out of the car. My jacket still smells a day later!Reviewed 13 Feb 2021

Pros:Yes, I believe her name was, Rosie she was great, infomative, friendly and professionalCons:Rosie needed a little assistance with my prepaid transaction, the other lady there asked me if I was sure I had money on my card, I pulled up my online banking to show her that I had over 11 thousand dollars available on that card. Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient transaction.Cons:Wasn't aware there would be an additional $200 deposit required! It may have been somewhere in the fine print, but I was surprised with it when I picked up the van. Had i known, i would have probably chosen a different provider. I've rented many times from others and have not had to pay a deposit! That is a negative in my book.Reviewed 14 Aug 2020
