The car’s dashboard system said an oil change was needed when I started the car, but the staff said that Hertz has a different idea of how frequently the oil needs to be changed than Nissan does, so we drove for 10 days in a car that needed an oil change. It felt a little unsettling, but nothing bad seemed to happen. As an after thought, I would have taken a pic of the dashboard in case something had happened and Hertz tried to pin it on our usage.Reviewed 20 Sep 2022

Pick up was easy and the options for car selection was good enough. Upon returning the car rental, we were a bit worry as there was no enough people on site as we were told to just left the key inside the car and left. What I prepaid at the time of booking on your site was more than $100 more expensive if I had done it on Hertz website a week before my trip. That was not what I expected from your service. Pick up was awesome. Why tell me a Jetta or similar when there are no Jetta's only Kia's. Vehicle served it's purpose. At drip off no one wearing masks. I our face trying to get to dash to do is job. I asked him to don a mask and did not. Said, oh I just left it over there, but did not get it and no-one else was wearing masks. Did not proeed to don later.
