They charged me nearly $800 for a nearly invisible chip on the windshield that I am pretty sure was already there. Hertz refused to release documentation from prior rentals to confirm.Reviewed 19 Aug 2025

I made a review for Hertz, it was quite frustrating. The car I originally rented wasn't available and was given another car which then I found out right after leaving the lots (15 minutes away), the TPMS system was live and the wheel had a metal object lodge into it. Had to go to a different Hertz to exchange it after being on call with corporate for over 45 mins, then when I arrived there was told they didn't want to exchange at first. Half the day went to that and ended up being late for a play that I paid for because of the all of this.Reviewed 12 Aug 2025
