Cons: Nothing about this hotel that I can say bad.

Cons: The older rooms are quite crappy, and I would not have stayed in that. Also, being winter, the A/C is turned off. But, it's hard to open the window, so our room was quite hot. An there was no working fan.

Cons: We had a room that was facing the interior "courtyard" which is in fact the hotel restaurant/bar, which makes it really noisy, impossible to sleep before 2am if you're lucky even with good earplugs. Sometimes it seems that the restaurant staff makes more noise than the clients. There is also no space reserved for the hotel clients such as a lobby or anything.

Cons: No fitness Center

Cons: walls are made of paper, you can hear everything from the rooms next door, unacceptable level of insulation

Cons: Very limited internet, it actually didn't work for most of my stay. Check in was delayed, there were a lot of exhausted travelers waiting for their rooms.

Cons: As an older hotel I understand you can only do so much, but it would be nice if the hallway noise level could be controlled.

Cons: ONCE INSIDE YOU FEEL LIKE A HOTEL FROM THE 70s THE DECORE IS OLD. THE BREAKFAST WAS AGOOD VALUE. OVERALL WE DID NOT ENJOY OUR STAY. MADE 2 PHONE CALL TO TRY AND GET A REFUND WITH NO SUCCESS, IT WAS SO BAD WE CHECKED OUT 1 DAY EARLY.

Cons: Noise from other rooms and service vendors is a bit distracting in the evening. Breakfast in the restaurant is very nice but formal. it would be nice to also a venue that is simpler and more low key without the white linens

Cons: internet and web connection wifi did not work

Cons: slow wi-fi, no workspace for business traveler, small gym

Cons: There was a rotted banana in the bin (not ours), but otherwise completely swank hotel!!! Outstanding experience!

Cons: While waiting for staff to fix my door (keycard would not work), I decided to wait at the main bar on the top of the hotel. one side was marked for a private party, one wasn't. I went to the unmarked side, ordered a drink, and as I was about to pay, the bartender asked if I was part of the event. I told him no and he said that he couldn't serve me and took the drink away. I informed him that I was a guest of the hotel and that this area was not marked as reserved. His manager apologized but asked me to leave. This added insult to injury of being locked out of my room. Were it not for an early flight and the hotel's free shuttle, I would have checked out that instant. Furthermore, the hotel is poorly located in the middle of a boring residential neighborhood. It may be a good value for anyone about to travel but the device and amenities do not merit 5 stars.

Cons: I wished the room's shower had had a door for privacy (second floor)

Cons: Amateur front desk staff and missing informations

Cons: The restaurant staff was terrible. We were two businessmen dressed in suits. We entered the restaurant at 9:15 pm; It was not busy but had a number of tables with patrons. We walked out at 9:40, having gotten not so much as a glass of water, or even a nod in our direction, let alone an "Ill be right with you." Instead the 3-4 waiters and the captain never even made eye contact with us. So we went to the desk and got a recommendation to a very good restaurant right down the street.

Cons: Only complaint was that the room was dusty in certain areas.

Cons: The rooms are a bit dated.

Cons: Cannot complain about anything

Cons: Improve the wifi, can’t reach some rooms
