In the heart of downtown and right around the corner from Massey Hall, the Cambridge Suites was withiin walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The suite was spacious and offered every convenience. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens clean and crisp. The room was very quiet and the staff was most accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.

The room were clean, and recently refurbished. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very firm, but we prefer it that way. The hotel has a strictly enforced no noise policy, which is something we appreciated. We were able to get the rest we needed after very full days taking in Toronto.

This hotel is located in what I think is a perfect location, within 5 blocks of Young / Dundas square (the times square of Toronto) which is right across from the Eaton Centre. The subway takes you right down to Rogers stadium and the CN Tower, or you can easily walk it. Location 5 plus, hotel 5 plus, facilites 5 plus. Would definately stay there again. We took the paid upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite and stayed there with my brother and wife. It was a two storey suite - lots of room for everyone to spread out.

Pros: I was very happy with my stay. 3 nights in Toronto for business, but I needed to choose a hotel that would stay within my budget.
The rooms are small, but that did not bother me. 15th floor, wonderful view. Very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Pros: I was really disappointed as when we went to check into the Bond Place they told us they had no rooms left and shipped us off to another hotel which was a long walk away I booked the Bond Place as I had stayed before and it was exactly where I needed to be one of your staff was very dismissive of us when we tried to find out how far the new hotel was so as you can imagine it was not a good trip

Pros: Locations is amazing, just steps from Queen St subway, lots of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops nearby. The staff are super friendly and the complimentary fruit infused water is a very nice touch

Pros: We were at the hotel because our son was in St. Mike's Hospital. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Having Fran's so handy was also excellent for us. From the front desk to the valet parking, all were effiecient and pleasant.
