Cons: Not a thing

Cons: Sliding, frosted bathroom door right beside bed. Not a fan of this trend for the lack of bathroom privacy; bed a bit uncomfortable; elevator wait is long.

Cons: Expensive breakfast.

Cons: Hotel system was down at check Iin. So didn't get to room until later. Ordered a cab for 5 people, 5 hours before we needed it and it didn't arrive. Staff ran around blaming others, but still no cab arrived for 5 people. 20 minutes later, we ended up taking two cabs. Next day (Sunday) we asked for a late check out of 1 pm (only an hour after regular checkout time). They said no, we could have until 12:30 only. The price of the room far exceeds the services provided.

Cons: Hotel overlooks railway and train noise started early in the morning and was clearly heard in the rooms-go street side. No refrigerator or minibar in the room and no movies on TV.

Cons: Woke up to the sound of rodents chewing away in the ceiling - horrible!! Also, elevators were extremely slow - waits of nearly 10 minutes to be expected. Bathroom extremely small.

Cons: No in suite breakfast option, so either be prepared (and make use of in suite kitchen), hit restaurant downstairs (which seemed expensive), or plan for pastry or coffee shop mere steps away.

Cons: Parking is a drag, as you must valet park and it takes a minimum of fifteen minutes to get your vehicle if you're lucky. It also cost 45.00 a night to park...

Cons: I got a bunch of random charges for 'custom package' and 'upgrade' charge and didnt even get the room i had requested and paid for! It ruined my stay because it felt like a waste of my money. I ended up going down to have them removed, upon check out I had to request the removal of the fees a second time

Cons: Rude staff that are very non accommodating. Very dated rooms

Cons: Workout room was small and parking and drop-off area very busy. Breakfast very expensive at the hotel, but Starbucks located across the street.

Cons: staff could have been more knowledgeable about locations and attractractions

Cons: Room didn't have blackout curtains, but it did have Eastern exposure (i.e. the early sun). I think the more expensive rooms had blackout curtains, but that should be a standard feature, not one you pay more for! Bathroom didn't have a toilet-paper dispenser. Had to unroll it on my own. Nor did the shower have a full closing door- only half the shower was covered.

Cons: Nothing really.

Cons: We experienced four minor annoyances. Firstly, the fireplace (which came with a remote - pretty cool) made squeaking noises when it was on. Secondly, the mattress was overdue for a change - my side had a significant body indentation in it. Thirdly, the lower spigot in the shower was not attached to the wall - it stuck out about a foot or so into the shower. Lastly, the old tub is still in the bathroom but really just takes up space (it's a short tub, so no spa-like soaking). None were huge issues, just minor details that should be addressed.

Cons: A little pricey but I guess you pay for location.

Cons: The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that parking wasn't free for hotel guests (it was $21/day), but I know that it's a hotel in the downtown area of a large city, so they can't really control that/you should expect to pay for parking.

Cons: Settled into the hotel restaurant for dinner--seemed nice at first glance--only to discover that the only way for guests to use the pool facility is to enter and exit, you guessed it, right through the restaurant. Read: noisy kids, waterlogged floors, noisy commotion, did I mention noise? Yeah. Noise, lots of noise. What an incredible fail for Radisson.

Cons: Parking was an issue, went to a ballgame and left after the game. Vehicle was left in parking lot at hotel took me over 35 minutes to exit lot. Restaurant at hotel is beautiful but not family orientated.

Cons: The grout in the shower was a bit dirty and well as the ceiling

Cons: This is definitely not a luxury hotel. Things look nice but the hotel is old with a new coat of paint. You can tell where the renovations were done on a budget so things looked nice, but were not actually done well. In addition, the walls were paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room having a conversation. We did get the hotel for a very good rate, but there is absolutely no way the rooms are worth normal price. The hotel itself is not bad, but it is by no means 'luxury.'

Cons: The computer system went down , was stuck out in the cold , keycards did not work

Cons: I was transferd to three room because one had trash in it after it was cleaned, the second had 4-inch deeps in the matress...they weren't flat...it looked like they were mattresses from 20 years of usage...the third room on the 9th floor with out any reception. The manager was made aware. My three night stay was over 500.00 USD. The hotel is not the Marriot standard. It looked like it was a Motel 6.

Cons: We were really looking forward to seeing the newly renovated hotel. However ended up very disappointed. A quick glance and it looks great. When you get up close you can clearly see it was a rushed job and not professionally done which added to all the faults.

Cons: The North Tower is in desperate need of renovation. The rooms and hallways look extremely dated. Parking is expensive.

Cons: I was on the 2nd floor so I could hear the traffic and people late at night, but it didn't bother me too much.

Cons: The hotel is in the process of renovating, but they are managing everything without any causing any noticeable disruption.

Cons: Our room was next to the elevator ... it was a bit noisy on Saturday night.

Cons: Ice buckets only on every other floor, wanted to go to the bistro on the main floor but it seemed like it was a 5 star place. The fact that there is only one way into the hotel, would be nice to have a door on Yonge street.

Cons: Ice machine missing on our floor...left over item from another guest found on floor...nothing major

Cons: The place is so badly protected against noise that I would probably not stay there again unless renovated. I don't mind a bit of traffic noise (the hotel is in downtown Toronto after all) but hearing outside airconditioning units howling all night is pretty annoying. Having tried different rooms I suspect they don't have any quiet rooms.

Cons: Poor service, they didn't have hot water the first day! rude bell desk personal. The cleaning service left trash on the room floor... in general pretty disappointed. Didn't expect this from a Marriot hotel at this price tag.

Cons: My room was directly across the hall from a bank of four elevators. Fortunately, the hotel was not very busy or it would have been disturbing. The walls are thin and not well sound insulated. I could too much from the adjacent room. There is a new building construction across the street, so you won't get to "sleep in" on the average weekday. Of course this is a temporary situation beyond Marriott's control, which will auto-rectify once the building is completed

Cons: Checkout can be a little chaotic - would be nice if they did auto checkout and left me a preliminary receipt in my room like a lot of other hotels do.

Cons: The WORST customer service at the hotel and what should I say about Kayak/Getaroom.com not having my booking show on the hotels end??? Where is my money??? I hope I am not getting charged or have been charged as I did not even stay at this hotel because they couldn't even verify my booking - the confirmation or booking number provided in my booking email meant nothing to the hotel. I am looking forward to an explanation!!!
