There was long time to pick up the car. It took almost 1.5 hours to get the car. Car was not full tank but 7/8 tank. How do we fill up 7/8th of tank. Secondly, when we returned the car they charged us $60 for gas tank fill up despite i returned it 7/8th tank. I had to call customer service from airport. On phone they said you were charged because you did not return car full tank. I told them car was 7/8th tank and he wanted to see if I have photo proof (which i did) but I was like why do you need photo when contract says return car 7/8th, finally $60 was returned.Reviewed 22 Oct 2023
