Convenient location in an older building along with a fuel station and a car wash. the rental agent was very cordial and showed me the return location (was confusing) as the building driveway had tight clearances. Return equally easy since I understood where to go. Were given a cute Citroen C3 with a six speed manual trans which was comfortable, fun to drive, and offered plenty of space for the two of us. Five gold stars!Reviewed 26 Apr 2024

The tires were under inflated -warning lights came on, had to turn around and I had to go back to the rental place to fix it! Otherwise everything was great!Reviewed 24 Apr 2024

They charged me the money and didn't want to honor the reservation. They wanted to give me a different car for 3x the price. Bait & switch. This company should be shut down.Reviewed 24 Apr 2024

The vehicle was not a proper automatic and it had about 30 scratches on the outside. They were very difficult and refused to give a refundReviewed 23 Apr 2024

They didn’t have the car I had ordered and the ‘equivalents’ were not at the same level. They are all salespeople. You get off the plane exhausted and despite already having paid for a car they work irritatingly hard to get you to upgrade both the car and the insurance. A tiring, frustrating experience.Reviewed 23 Apr 2024

All was great except that I encountered a warning message on the dash board, contacted the help line who advised me to contact the branch. Tried calling the branch several times but no one answeredReviewed 21 Apr 2024
