The car was very dirty inside. The inside for sure did not get cleaned before I got it. Also was on the road and started to rain at night and went to turn on windshield wipers and was missing the wiper blade. Pretty dangerous.

Car engine sounded very unhealthy. Car audio had just an ancient CD player with no Bluetooth, Car trunk was a hassle to open since the remote barely worked. And to top it all off - they force-charged me 13,000 THB for a minor paint-job scratch on a part that already had pre-existing damage. Stay away from these con-artists.

Refused to take our credit card which had insurance covered on the car.

Europcar charged me for a scrap mark on a tire. 220$ charge. The tire is perfectly functional and I showed the guy an image of the scrape pre-existing my rental from images I took before I accepted the car. He ignored them and told me to appeal. I know full well they just wanted more money from me and assumed I wouldn't do anything because I had to travel the same day. I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. Horrible company. And to add fuel to the fire they charged a surprise insurance fee of 1700$ at checkout when I picked up the car. They dont disclose this to you when you make a booking on Kayak.

Not advertised that the cars are about a 10-15 minute drive away with a shuttle that only foes a pickup approximately every 30 minutes. We did not get to our car until 51 minutes after getting to the agency office. The office itself has one broken chair and one functioning chair, so expect to stand for some time! Everything was explained well, though the car we got was a little but of a downgrade and the check out agent was hesitant to mark down scratches on the car. Returning the car took time as well as the agents don’t have a clear line and prioritize people departing over returning. I am disappointed that this company also rents Chinese cars. Would use this business again if I had a lot of time to spare and the price was lower than their competitors.

Make the pickup of the hire car quicker. I was stood in a queue for over an hour. Make sure the car is clean. The rental car had food crumbs everywhere
