Car was old and broke down. We never got a full sized SUV. When they bought the replacement out, they charged me more and it was a standard. They did not give any concessions for the downtime we had all day.

The order was placed through your platform with Europcar, in reality it was with FOX, which excluded themselves from any and all other arrangements. They could tell me if insurance was added to the rental. And after I had discovered that it in fact was not added, it could not be added later on. We took the car for 26 hours and ended up paying 210$ I will not use your service again.

I was not given a code for entering garage.l when was getting car in Zurich. Instead, I was given a phone number to call. This number was not responding. As the result I have missed my private excursion in Basel. I was lucky that someone else was also returning car and had a garage code. Otherwise, I would miss a lot of very expensive events.

I liked that the office is near the train station. There was a long walk to the car, though, and the parking garage was dark and I could not see any damages to the car until after departing. The staff in Granada were efficient and helpful; however, in Sevilla, I was told that I was responsible for 3 scratches/damages, which 100% were there already. But since I purchased the full insurance, I luckily didn’t need to pay. It just doesn’t give me confidence about renting with Europcar again.

These absolute thiefs did not honor my rental reservation from kayak and made me pay $400 extra in order to reserve the car. This is never happened with any other company and I will never use this company again.
