The hood of the car was not fully closed. The safety latch was engaged but it was bouncing up and down on the highway until I stopped to fully close it.

You need to more clearly inform that the car is located 4 kilometres from the rental site. Otherwise excellent service. Super friendly and also fast to offer free shuttle service

We arrived at the counter to be told there was a booking, however they have no car for us and that Kayak keep issue cars when they don't have available. No communication was given advising us on this. Absolutely terrible service. Will never use Kayak or Europcar again. Luckily we were able to arrange a car from another provider.
