Kayak made it impossible to have the invoice assigned to a company, and I also had to use private credit card for extra insurance because the insurance order while ordering on Kayak crashed.

When I went to pick up the car they claimed no cars available at the price . It was clearly a bait and switch deal. They then offered a car for the same price but tacked on another 800.00 usd for insurance. I explained my Credit Card covers that, they would not accept my card insurance, so I set up an Uber ride who would not come unless I payed more than the Uber rate. I walked out of the airport and got a cab for 20.00 cad instead of 50.00 usd at the airport.

The service was excellent, except for the illogical and completely incomprehensible requirement that the Kasko insurance amount was 1.5 times higher than the car rental cost. Moreover, even after presenting platinum credit card insurance, a $26,000 deposit was requested. It was the first time in my life I encountered such nonsense.

They did not honored my previously acquired insurance coverage, they stated that in their system I had declined all coverages.

The hood of the car was not fully closed. The safety latch was engaged but it was bouncing up and down on the highway until I stopped to fully close it.
