Did not have car available for us that we rented and pre paid for. Only car available was $40 more dollars a day. Total rip off. Terrible service. Never using Hertz again. Not surprised they are bankrupt.Reviewed 24 Feb 2024

Pros:I did not like anything as I was not able to get the car. I left work only to arrive at the location on time and once I did they informed me there was no car available and that the info on your website had not been updated. Pros:Staff was nice.Cons:Not enough people working. Hours did not match google/online. Staff takes a one hour break and no other way to get help/pick up car/etc. I requested, paid and confirmed a small car (lower mpg and parking in LA is difficult). Pros:The staff was very friendly. They worked hard to fix the situation when they didn't have the car on hand that I had reserved. The exact Hertz desk is a little bit hard to find in the hotel, but overall it's in a great location and very convenient.Cons:The staff seemed surprised when I arrived, even though I had a reservation.
