Not HappyCons:I reserved a vehicle online, but when I got there, they insisted on a credit card--even though I reserved with my Visa Debit. I was dropped of, so I was stranded and had to walk to another rental agency, ENTERPRISE. No offer to shuttle me over, either. Just a smug "sorry, this is how it is" response. I was given no option, and had reserved online, with no warning I would need to present a credit card. They would not even run a card number, but had to have the physical card. Sorry, but I found this impertinent, and rude, and very upsetting. I will NEVER use your company again, or recommend it. Enterprise was very accomodating to me.Reviewed 2 Aug 2016

Pros:We are very rare car rental shoppers. Overall the service was what I would expect to better. Car was clean and received upgrade when vehicle we reserved was not available.Cons:Received damaged vehicle which we brought up to agent. She said they knew and it was documented on our rental, but I think it should have came up immediately when we got the keys. Also required $200 refundable deposit? Not sure why, they had our credit card info and we did purchase insurance. Had to wait multiple business days after rental to have deposit refunded.Reviewed 16 Mar 2021

Pros:nothingCons:the shuttle was so slow, by the time it came there wasn't enough room for all of us. we waited so long for the next shuttle, that another passenger and I hired a taxi. very long lines and so slow. I asked for an upgrade. they ran my card, and it was declined. they explained that they were a foreign entity and fraud alerts were common. I was now stranded on a sunday afternoon. we carried our luggage to a budget a few hundred yards away. had no problem and got a nicer car for 24 dollars less. never again.Reviewed 5 Mar 2017

Pros:Easy pick up at the airport, nice driver, clean facility just a long wait and it was late. But we got a really nice car which made it worthwhile. Drop off was easy and shuttle was right there.Cons:It was a long wait after a very long day. But the nice car made it a lot better. The car was great only problem was I could not find the button for the tank and the tap on the tank was not working, so I spent about 45 minutes searching and trying different things then called the help line which took 2 tries and I spoke to a very nice woman but she was hard to understand.Reviewed 17 Apr 2017

Overcharged for carPros:The car was comfortable and cleanCons:We received an email before pick up asking us to fill in more personal information so we could do express pick up and avoid a wait at the counter. We did, and expected express pick up but wound up having to spend almost 45 minutes at the counter giving them the information that we had filled in on-line. Our car was pre-paid - a gift from my brother-in-law, and I was to be the only driver. They charged me an extra $12 a day for an additional driver even though I was the only driver because the payment was made with a different credit card. They took my credit card to have on file, but told me it wouldn't be charged. The charge for the rental showed up on my credit card, so the $60 extra I paid for an additional driver was bogus. And it's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone to dispute the additional charges.Reviewed 16 Jan 2017

Pros:Ths car that I got finally, Rav4!Cons:1. Reserved a Hyundai Tuscan or Equivalent 30 days before my trip and paid for the entire 21 days in advance. Keep in mind, if for any reason, you need to cancel after you pick up the car, your money is gone. No pro-rating! 2. When I got there, the agent wanted to upsell a much bigger SUV. When I said No, I want the car that I reserved, he said he can give me a free upgrade to Chevy Taho. When I said thanks but no thanks as Taho is too big. The Agent confessed that there is NO class of car that I reserved is available and the Taho is my only choice. He said to bring it back the next day and see if smaller SUV is available. 3. Chevy Taho is the most undesirable car that I have ever driven. The windshield was dirty. I brought it back to Sixt and after spending two hours waiting, they finally got me a Rav4. The exterior had numerous scratches and dirt spots. They washed it one more time and I took it as I had already wasted enough time. Sixt did not compensate me for the loss of my vacation time trying to deal with their screw up. 4. Keep in mind that in Southern Florida, there are lots of toll roads. Sixt tells you that you either need to buy a toll road package from them or they charge you 5 dollars everytime the car transponder detects that you are on a toll road. Customer service lackingPros:Price was good and car was adequate...received a free upgrade.Cons:Check in attendant wasn't very thorough, car had an issue with window seal, and when I retuned the car I was accused of damage that wasn't there when I picked it up so I was very unhappy with the experience from this company and don't plan to use them again in the future.
