Pros: The suites were large, clean, and well decorated. The kitchens had everything you would need to cook meals. There were two nice cold bottles of water waiting when you got there. My daughter loved the open fire place in the lobby. Close proximity to the metro, specifically the green and orange lines for easy access to the National Mall. The folks at the front desk were very helpful. The washer and dryer was a real perk. We had a great stay at AKA!

Pros: I liked the comfort and facilities particularly. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and we were a group of 3 adults. The space was large and comfortable. The heating system was easy to manage and the kitchen area was better stocked with utensils/equipment than the place we stayed in NYC. I was particularly pleased to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with information. The location was also excellent - just a short walk from the White House and it was an easy walk to most museums etc.

Overall it was decent, and bar was small and intimate. I parked using the Spot Hero app, which saved me a lot of money. Gone are the days when I pay $45-$60/night for parking. I paid $45 for the whole weekend just down the street.

Pros: From the moment we stepped out of our rental car the hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We had just come in to DC from two days of flying and driving and right away the hotel staff made us feel right at home. They carried our bags, helped us with transportation in DC by pointing us in the right direction, and even gave us apples on our way out for the day. We had never been to DC and have 2 small children and did all the sight seeing we could pack in for 2 days. The location of the hotel was great. One night the weather was great and we all enjoyed the walk through the city back and forth from the Washington Monument. It is quite the walk, so if you are not up for it we also took a cab and used Lyft in which every place only cost about 10.00 to get a ride to and from the hotel. I also feel compelled to mention that maybe it was the look on our faces when we stepped out of our car after the long traveling experince with 2 small kids, but whatever it was they upgraded our room to a balcony! I think her name was Elena that offered the upgrade, and it was very much appreciated!

The staff was exceptionally attentive and I felt like they cared about me and my business. One example: Parking is paid, but I asked if I could park before checking in, and they ok'd it. Pros: Two of the employees, Soyoung and Stephanie were amazing in providing my wife and I with a very high level of service! Can't thank them enough for going the extra mile and making our stay memorable! They both did a great job communicating with us. It started with a text message to see how everything was in the room, when we had a problem with the heat, they dispatched an engineer right away, and had a new room ready for us when we got back later in the day. They also both signed a hand written card for my wife's b-day that was waiting for us in the new room. Overall, they both made our stay at the Loew's hotel very enjoyable. The location was very good, all the employees and staff were very friendly and hospitable. Would def recommend the hotel to a friend or stay there again.

Pros: The King Junior Suite was really large and very comfortable for the few days we stayed there. The front desk staff were very knowledgable of the area and very efficient with check in/check out. The bathroom amenities were great and you could get anything else you might have forgotten from the front desk. They also had complimentary wine from 5pm-6pm! The location was also really fantastic in which you were about a mile away from most of the sites so it is a quick walk or Uber. The rooftop patio is also incredible! I highly recommend this hotel!

The only time we stayed in, the kids moving around caused disturbance. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family with small children. While the food in the hotel is better for adults, there are also wonderful options in the vicinity of the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a car, parking fee is exercise. Uber your way around. The Uber fees are low thanks to the centric location.

The room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a great shower, and two morning newspapers were provided. Pros: The location is tremendous! I loved being able to hop onto the metro and get to all of the tourist locations/museums around D.C. It is only a 5-7 minute walk to the White House from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and will try to accommodate you with anything you may need. The Club Quarters was a great find!!!! The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. There is an espresso bar on the 2nd floor!! We were a few blocks from all the greatest attractions, walked to every site. Never had to take a cab or the Metro. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will come back. We found a gem in D.C. and will be recommending it to our family and friends.
