Cons: - Air conditioning so loud, it was similar to a Day's Inn. - Expensive parking. The parking fee increased 20% from the time I booked the room ($40/night) to the time I stayed ($48/night). Hotel should hold the parking rate for reservations locked in months prior to a rate increase.

Cons: Several smokers on our floor.

Cons: When we stay in $50 rooms in little Maine motels, the WiFi is free and as fast or faster than here! For $10-15, I expected much better.

Cons: Under construction. Gets noisy well before 8am says it's in Georgetown but really it's east of it. Not a lot walking distance

Cons: The construction impacted the ease of navigating the main lobby floor. Also, i was not instructed on how to use the elevator system when i checked in, which confused me and delayed my movement toward my room.

Cons: TV system was being upgraded so there was no access to in-room films at all, just all the usual uninteresting TV channels.

Cons: Valet service was lacking due to extended wait times. The hotel is renovating the front lobby, so the entrance was moved to Pennsylvania Ave.

Cons: Very small rooms. Housekeeping tries to go into occupied rooms without properly knocking, room service food and deliveryis poor, phone attendants seem angry.

Cons: Housekeeping forgot to clean our room in the morning so we had to call and ask that they come at night when we were out to dinner. The pillows were also really too soft without much support. And we didn't realize until we got there that the overnight parking fee was $59 per night....kind of a lot when you gross everything up we might have been better off at another hotel location with less expensive parking! Once you are there though you are stuck with it. Ugh. Next time.

Cons: They offered to an upgraded room with a view for more $ Room had no view. AC broke , took 1 full day and multiple sells to get it repaired.

Cons: No negatives really. We did have a problem control the air temperature/freshness at night, but that might have been because it was a warm weekend in spring -- maybe the air conditioners weren't on yet?

Cons: The bed. Way too uncomfortable. I'm in the mattress business (Sleepy's), if you need new mattresses, let me know!

Cons: The view from our room was not great, but we didn't care.

Cons: breakfast service downstairs extremely slow I ordered smoked salmon bagel and cream cheese with C it took over 30 minutes to get it to me the serverwas very flustered I asked for a to go box she just gave me just the box with no wax paper to take away my food.

Cons: I wish ice machines were on each floor however when I ask for ice at the front desk, I was supply with a bag.

Cons: The room was filthy. It was NYE so we didn't make a big fuss about it but we were not happy right away. Random sprays of stuff on the walls, a nice little white stain on the bed skirt. The first thing we did was check for bed bugs and luckily there were none. We went out for a nice dinner and when we got back there were security guards in the lobby who stopped us and asked if we were guests but we just nodded and he let us right by. We spent the rest of the night listening to one of our neighbors break glass and toss furniture around- I get it it's NYE but we didn't think this hotel was that kind of place or we never would have paid this much to stay here. The only thing the front desk did was offer us comped breakfast and to have security "look around". The final blow came upon checkout when we found out the valet fee was $50! $50?! Why not offer to comp that instead of breakfast no way we were gonna eat something made in this filthy place.

Cons: If it had a pool it would have been perfect, but otherwise it was fantastic. Service at the in-hotel restaurant was slow and food was a little overpriced compared to the excellent food you could get around town.

Cons: Morning coffee ( that was free!) was horrible

Cons: One comment, the cleaning staff woke us up at 8AM to ask us what time we wanted the room cleaned. I thought that was a little weird... would generally prefer they just come when we're not there.

Cons: A party on our floor was raging til 4am when it was finally ended due to police intervention despite many phone call to front desk beginning at 10pm. Got $50 off stay but should have been completely comped.
