we had to switch the car 3 times in the pick up area: 1) side and back doors did not open, could not load luggage onto back as a result 2) got a different car, but all rows of sits, but no room for luggage, as requested 3) as requested all these going back and forth to office took at least an extra hour at pick up, not as expected from a respectable agency as Budget...Reviewed 25 Mar 2026

Staff was uninformed, unhelpful, and rude. They couldn’t answer basic questions about the EV rental—such as what type of charging port the car uses, how much charge it would have at pickup, or how much was required upon return. Had reservation at 8am on July 30th, after been on 12 hour flight with my 11 year old son had to wait over one hour in line with only 9 people ahead of me. Seemed like they didn't have enough cars available, when my turn finally came the clerk lady was very rude, seemed like she was aggravated from the previous costumers whom also had to wait very long time, she gave me electric car and when I asked if it is fully charged ( just flew for so long and waited in line very long time didn't not want to wait for it to charge since it takes some time) she told me: you get what you paid for!!when I asked why was she treating me like that she said to me: do you want your car or not? First of all, you can make sure your vehicles are serviced correctly. Because the van that we had needed a front end Alignment. Driven was a little hard to keep inside the lane will driving. We were swerving in between the lines Budget you need to make sure all of your vehicle all serviced before you rent them out because someone my have a accident because of your neglect of service to your vehicle.
