Pros: As an interior designer, I have an appreciation to the level of design and details. The room was small, but because of thoughtful use of space, it functioned really well for our needs, plus with an expansive corner of floor to ceiling glass, it still felt open and airy. Great views. We loved hanging out in the public spaces, listening to live jazz. Only disappointment was that the roof deck was not open during our stay. Would have liked to have experienced that. The breakfast toast available in the lobby was amazing.

We stayed in a King Evolution room on the 8th floor, it was a really good size and well equipped. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them. My daughter and I wanted to see a particular painting in an art gallery but werent sure if they had the painting. The hotel concierge, without a quibble offered to ring the gallery for us. Pros: The rooms are cool and dark and surprisingly quiet if nobody is in the hallway. The staff were doing their best, but dealing with a difficult set up. So on that front, I really want to be as positive as possible. I get this is a really difficult time. There is literally nothing else positive to say about this hotel
