I found out later that this is their standard room; we could, however, upgrade to any of an assortment of bigger rooms or suites for a fee. Since there were none available, we didn't get to check these out. Our rate included breakfast which was splendid, with a large variety of both cold and hot items. We highly recommend it.

Pros: The hotel was sold out so the room they gave us through Kayak was not so good, a bit tarnished and with warning signs everywhere,
We stayed in better rooms in this hotel in the past. They used to give us welcome notes and a fruit basket to thank us for coming back But, this time, no note, not a great room, as if they were indifferent because we had booked through Kayak (with which they are not partner). It was not possible to change for a better room for 4 days. Then, a wonderful attendant, Adriana moved us to a better room for an additional fee. So,we had s a better experience toward the end of the stay.
I am a fan of the "free breakfast" which seem to attract a non-business crowd.... As a result, a loyal returning guests get a luck ward welcome.

Pros: I collect foreign coins during my overseas travel. The desk clerk traded my one coin for several smaller denominations -- and when one in the sequence was missing, he even went next door to make change out of his own pocket so that my collection would be complete. I liked the complimentary mini-bar. It was nice to have something for free when most else in the vacation was for charge. The room was very nice. The location was right in the middle of everything -- all within easy walking distance. It was just a few moments from the nearest underground station.

Pros: Everyone at the Every Hotel was very helpful. I've never had a better experience with hotel staff. They helped us get into a room early after 20 hours of travel. They help with cabs, directions, and tube vs. other transportation option. They helped with locating nearby shops and conveniences. The hotel is also comfortable, clean, safe, and centrally located.
