Pros: This hotel offers a welcome change from the big American chain hotels. Although it is part of an Indian chain, it has managed to preserve an old world charm. The Christmas tree in the lobby along with all the comfy couches and the Elle lovely courtyard made it feel very cozy and comfortable.

Pros: The food was delicious! Breakfast consisted of Indian food and your traditional English breakfast. I am a vegan so I was very happy with the Indian food choices. The wait staff at the Hampton Bar was top notch. We never had to wait for anything. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: There was a lot of construction happening across the street when we visited, but that is no fault of the hotel. Our room was not facing the street, so it was not a disruption.

Pros: The hotel was sold out so the room they gave us through Kayak was not so good, a bit tarnished and with warning signs everywhere, We stayed in better rooms in this hotel in the past. They used to give us welcome notes and a fruit basket to thank us for coming back But, this time, no note, not a great room, as if they were indifferent because we had booked through Kayak (with which they are not partner). It was not possible to change for a better room for 4 days. Then, a wonderful attendant, Adriana moved us to a better room for an additional fee. So,we had s a better experience toward the end of the stay. I am a fan of the "free breakfast" which seem to attract a non-business crowd.... As a result, a loyal returning guests get a luck ward welcome.

Cons: The people who worked here were the dumbest losers I'd ever experienced. The guy at the front desk wouldn't book me in, he made me go online to book in even though I was standing at the front desk. I asked a simple question "how far is it to Westminster Bridge?" and the fool had no idea. Also the room I was in had 24 beds like a slave ship. The fool at the front desk couldn't even write the door code down properly so I was unable to enter the room. The breakfast was pathetic.

Pros: The lobby, check in, restaurants, and sitting areas are generous and pleasant. I chose this hotel for its convenience to the Heathrow Express train and local underground lines, and it did nit disappoint. There is also a lovely canal nearby with restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a beer. In the lobby, the customer service was world class.
Cons: Our room was in the Tower, an older part of the hotel. I specifically booked Hilton because I wanted excellent quality beds and a room comfortable for my elderly mother. The room was tiny, with a dangerously high step into and out of the combination bath/shower. The beds were of poor quality with creaky springs. The mini fridge did not work. This is acceptable for a budget tourist hotel, but this room severely degrades the Hilton Brand. It should not be sold under the Hilton flag. My mother and I independently compared the room to a Motel 6. If you stay here, request a room in the newer portion of the hotel. Hopefully it's better.

This property has a ridiculous, ageist,and I suspect illegal and discriminatory policy that bans over 35s. Apart from the obvious flaws here, it is not mentioned on their booking site, so it is not until you are trying to check in does it come up. Quite an issue at one AM in a heavily booked city like London.

Cons: Queens Park Hotel is simply the worst Hotel that I have been to. When I checked in, they assigned me a room between 2 floors, where I could barely fit my carry on bag and a large bag. After a complaint, they gave me a somewhat larger room. However, everything in the room was old, it was stinky, and uncomfortable. Furthermore, it did not have A/C, which was needed. When I wanted to purchase the wifi service, they told me that it was not working. I would never recommend Queens Park Hotel to anybody.

Pros: Close to everything. Beds were okay for one night (we bought sleeping bags after reading all the reviews and i suggest you do the same).
Cons: Dirty, incredibly loud street noise but you have to keep the window open because it's so hot and stuffy and there's no fan. Black mold in the bathroom. Fine for one night and only if you're used to hostels or traveling on the super cheap.
