Cons: There wasn't anything not to like.

Cons: The only disappointment was one of the concierges seemed inexperienced. She booked us at a very mediocre tea service at a restaurant in London.

Cons: It was again, fine. Nothing terrible either.

Cons: Rooms were far too hot at night Breakfast area - Shown to a table that was not laid up but dirty then had to stand and wait until waitress cleared cleaned and re-laid. Bits of food below by our feet. Breakfast buffet lovely except cooked breakfast, dissappointing in lack of choice of egg and most food only warm, scrambled eggs cold.

Cons: Reception at the front desk were poorely skilled. Absolutely no communication between them and the customer about how the room is/was going to be. I paid for a room which I thought I was going to receive a decent room with a view. Instead I got a dark closet room with a very small window of the inside of the building, was not worth the ridiculous price per night. I would compare my room to a youth hostel, pretty much just a place to lay my head, nothing more, nothing less.

Cons: bar was a bit loud at night due to music. prices are, well, London i.e. a bit high.

Cons: The lighting system requires a sense of humor. It is very easy to mistakingly turn out the lights on someone in a different room. You may want to bring a flashlight

Cons: As we were part of the bridal group we contacted the hotel months, weeks and even the day before check in to request an early check in, that never happened!! As an apology because our hair and make up artist was standing in reception, we were only upgraded for 2 of the 4 rooms. During and after the wedding, we got stuck in the lift (which was already broken but not decommissioned) no apology from the evening staff and no acknowledgement of their errors, rather I am told "I am done talking to you". After our party having spent tens and thousands of pounds, this is the treatment we received. No compensation and no complimentary offers to any of us.

Cons: Walls were not flush in one place in our rooms, which made it too easy to hear our neighbors in the early hours... (meaning there was a space between the walls.)

Cons: The spa is closed on weekends.

Cons: Sometimes it can be too popular but the hotel copes well and the staff have always been cheerful and courteous.

Cons: That the coffee maker in our room didn't work.

Cons: Provide adjoining rooms as advertised. Better guest relations assistance. The GM is totally absent and uninvolved in hotel operations. Called twice for extra towels that never came.

Cons: We really loved the breakfast.

Cons: Didn't feel mattress to be very comfy.

Cons: Significant amount of outside noise, at second floor level. Beds very uncomfortable.

Cons: Had a problem with A/C quickly supplied a fan.

Cons: This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in a very long time. The hotel was very poorly represented about who they are as a brand, quality of hotel, and by far not valued at 4 or 5 stars as they claim to be. Our first room was a deluxe with tower view. The carpet had tears in it, we had a leaky faucet, and later that evening we discovered the air conditioning didn't work. After many discussions with the front desk their solution was to move us to a twin bed room and put a fan in the room to cool it down. While moving our bags at 11;30 PM the bellman told us this happens quite often and they don't have maintenance on staff anymore. Having worked in hospitality and hotels all my career this is a clear sign to me that the hotel doesn't value their service levels. When having a hotel of over 700 rooms without maintenance on staff you're going to consistently have unhappy customers with service failures. I urge them to put this job back on payroll as it will help your service records considerably. After 3 phone calls the manager on duty Marga was helpful and compd breakfast and upgraded us to a suite the next night. These are all nice but it seemed like we were having to explain to them they needed to do something rather than them being apologetic about the horrible situation of our room and the huge inconvencice.

Cons: the room is outdated and clearly needs painting job the hotel lobby smells! the room is very small

Cons: The air conditioning not working and the room needing some updating

Cons: Hotel breakfast was fine, but there are also good options on St. Katherine’s Docks just behind the hotel. There is also a Tesco store and a Starbucks for even more options. Both are within the block of the hotel.

Cons: The parking garage is relatively small, so if you’re driving in your own car on the weekend, be aware. We had a hard time parking.

Cons: No air con. Stifling!

Cons: I didn't like not having a bath. But for $100.00 per night for a few days, I survived this first world problem!
