Cons: Best five star in London by a country mile

Cons: Pool hours have crazy restrictions for kids. For example, no access on weekends between 10:30 - 18:30!

Cons: Limited television satellite news channels (no CNN), limited television capabilities or a little bit difficult to find channels especially when one press button number 1. It doesn't recognize the difference between 1 and 11. Also it wasn't easy to find local BBC channels. No channel paper list in the room .

Cons: This is absolutely my favorite hotel in the many cities I've visited. It is charming and elegant with rooms large and comfortable by any standard and the staff are extraordinary, There's hardly a time in the last 20 years, that the Landmark has not been my "go to" location during the annual trips I try to make to London.

Cons: It’s SO expensive!

Cons: Bed had someone else’s hair in it, sink had ants, room was in a weird location. Cleanliness left me feeling not relaxed or comfortable.

Cons: Bathroom tight, tiny sink. Room Woodwork a bit scuffed up, could use a bit of touch up Great for a short stay.

Cons: Room was miniscule, not enough places to store things, very hard, tiny bed. Bare, cold floor.

Cons: The hotel was under major renovation which Hilton did not warn us about. While the hotel room was slightly larger than our queen bed, the only window was covered up with a plastic vinyl so you could not look out. When I removed the vinyl, there was a tarp hanging in front of all the windows along with scaffolding. The work was done during the day...loud. When I asked for a room on the other side of the building, they told me those rooms were very loud and sleeping would be difficult. I paid for 3 nights and used my points for one night. What a huge disappointment. They only comped us one breakfast. I felt like we were in a closet with no windows. On a positive note, the folks working the desk were at least friendly, but keeping a happy customer was somewhat lacking.

Cons: Renovations still ongoing. Construction was happening in the room next to us during the day on a weekday. No construction on weekends and it started at a reasonable hour on weekdays. Few amenities in hotel, but we weren't looking to use them. My wife didn't sleep as well as she needs a contour pillow and one wasn't available.

Cons: Ceiling low. Breakfast a bit expensive.

Cons: There were dust in the room which were flying Every point of the room, this activated my allergy, air conditioner couldn't clean the room.

Cons: Clean big rooms. Lovely bath. Friendly staff

Cons: You have to pay 10 pounds per day for wifi and the connection is poor.

Cons: Our room was in the Tower, an older part of the hotel. I specifically booked Hilton because I wanted excellent quality beds and a room comfortable for my elderly mother. The room was tiny, with a dangerously high step into and out of the combination bath/shower. The beds were of poor quality with creaky springs. The mini fridge did not work. This is acceptable for a budget tourist hotel, but this room severely degrades the Hilton Brand. It should not be sold under the Hilton flag. My mother and I independently compared the room to a Motel 6. If you stay here, request a room in the newer portion of the hotel. Hopefully it's better.

Cons: Rooms way to expensive for the quality. Rooms old, air-conditioning broken and stinky

Cons: Shower was broken when we got into room, though they did send someone rather quickly to get it fixed. Also bar was understaffed and had long wait times.

Cons: Cleanliness, hospitality, room service, housekeeping, poor heating

Cons: After doing online check in with room numbers allotted to me, my one of the room was allotted to someone else. This is ethically wrong. I had booked the hotel with extended stay but checked out the next day.

Cons: The breakfast in the executive lounge needs to be upgraded most of the hot items are cold the choices are limited

Cons: Rooms could do with a revamp, breakfast buffet was very busy with things running out and people being messy
