I had the worst experience of my life in travel. Due to circumstances beyond my control (catastrophic traffic accidents on the highway between Gold Coast and Brisbane) I missed my flight for the first time ever. Because I booked through Kayak Singapore Airlines were not interested in helping me. They told me to contact the agent that I booked through. I was extremely stressed as I had connecting flights in Europe. First Kayak told me that the next available flights were in four days time. Then they told me that they could do it but at a cost of $2600 AUD. When I agreed he told me that he was having trouble getting it through Singapore’s system and he would contact me further once it had been done. When I had not heard from him after several hours, I phoned Kayak again, spoke to a different person who said he could do it for $8200. I declined and told him to cancel the booking. The worst part of this experience was that I had booked 5 flights altogether with Singapore including Premium Economy on two legs and Singapore cancelled all my flights including the return legs leaving me with having to completely reschedule my entire trip. Kayak refunded me $2000 from $5200, obviously leaving me out of pocket. This has left me feeling that I will never deal with Kayak or Singapore Airlines again.

Crew were so busy Anna so awesome. I was in a seat that got my food nearly last but the crew were Just awesome.

I had selected seats together for my family of three when I first booked my tickets in February. However, I realized only when I checked in at the airport that the seats I had selected were no longer assigned to us and we were completely scattered across three different middle seats instead of being seated together! After requesting the Singapore staff to have us seated together on a full flight, they managed to find something but it was right next to the rest rooms and the whole journey of 15+ hours was really unpleasant. They said that the seat selection isn't locked and the airline can reallocate the seats anytime. No one ever told us this and it was a terribly unpleasant surprise. Will avoid Kayak/underpricer and Singapore in future

Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. The male traveller seated in the row in front diagonally opposite my husbands seat across the aisle as soon as the seatbelt sign went off moved across the aisle into the seat in front of my husband for the entire journey from London to Singapore he had his seat reclined and pushed back and the seat touching my husbands knees for the entire journey from London to Singapore. very uncomfortable for my husband.

Very nice crew and great food. Easy to board just wish the flight could be shorter or seats more comfortable or more room to walk around when you get cramps in your legs from sitting so long. Crew was great and attentive and really was good food.

Delayed 30 mins Forced to check in my carry on luggage

I have been traveling with visa for 25 years and this was the first time when we find out in Miami that my children’s connecting flight were overbooked and been canceled by Swissair from Zürich to Budapest. The results of that they re booked us at the Miami airport. The new route was Miami to Zürich ,Zürich to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Budapest. We had over six hours layover in Zürich and arrived to Budapest nine hours later. There should never be in a situation where a ticket that I purchased over 7 months ago was sold to somebody else and instead of removing those two people we had to do this journey, I’m contacting customer support and requesting a refund shortly.

No fault of the crew, but the the rear lavatories were closed the entire flight. The front lavatories were blocked off for the first part of the flight by the food cart. Then some minor turbulence occurred so the fasten seatbelt sign came on for the second part of the flight. Heroic containment engaged! It was not fun.

Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.

Motivated and friendly crew on a somewhat dated but well kept plane. Hd seats in economy may section, so legroom was excellent.

Weren’t even given earphones to use the entertainment system

Overall, excellent: check-in, boarding, service, and food. The Business Class seating is a little less private and spacious than the world's premier airlines, but still very good for a long haul flight.

Chinese flight attendants didn't speak english well. They didn't care enough to remember that I (east asian who isn't Chinese) wasn't Chinese and spoke English. Announcement in english on board was poor and I find it very difficult to understand what was announced. Also, a cabin bag allows only 5kg!

I wish I had been able to choose a vegetarian meal. Crew friendly and helpful. Seat was ok. All quite efficient and pleasant. Would recommend for inner China travel for sure.

We bought premium Economy, thinking it would be more comfortable, but the seat is so narrow ,that my legs and feet are swollen , I can't wear shoes !

Flight was delayed for 2 hours for no reason, then we spent almost an hour after boarding because of the weather conditions. If we left on time we could avoid that 😾

I have paid extra money for my special meal service but I received the the local food. Which is not acceptable.

Had to discuss more than 15 min regarding wheelchair they gave only at the start location. No food serv in 1 st flight. Considering flight started at 10:00 pm so had to starve for dinner. The entertainment on board was really poor. The map doesn’t give enough information and the movies have arabic subtitles, you can’t choose. The stuff wasn’t very friendly and the breakfast really poor. The food must not be spicy! They didn’t have enough drinks.

The boarding at Heathrow is chaotic. That's partly due to the lack of space and seating at gate 8, and a Qatar flight from gate 9 at the same time. That's down to Heathrow rather than Gulf Air. I've had a similar experience here before. Another problem which isn't specific to Gulf Air or Heathrow is announcements, and those for boarding in particular. They are difficult to hear with all the other noise and for me with hearing problems it's even worse. A simple tv screen would help, so long as it's updated of course.

Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

Not what I expected for the last leg of a $5100 business class experience. Boarding was a nightmare. The flight was delayed and I had to keep checking my email to ensure I was at the right gate since the airline or the terminal had no clue until 15 mins prior to boarding. Food was gross, limited drink options.

Flights scheduled with impossible connections - Lufthansa apparently believes it takes 7mins to change terminals, go through passport control, re-clear security and walk 1.8kms…..and everything will work perfectly (which it never does at Frankfurt). No staff on hand to assist with transfers on delayed flights. No transfer guidance provided by app. No compensation offered for 6hr delay to connecting flight.

Crew were friendly and very helpful Plane was clean and the legroom is standard. Overall a good flight, no complaints.

I did not like that they failed to put my luggage on my connecting flight to Athens. I was promised it would be located and delivered within 2 days but later told there was no information on its location. This caused me to have unplanned for expenses because I then had to purchase new clothing to wear on my vacation. I did not receive my luggage until my return flight home. I will not be traveling with them again.

No internet, very narrow seats insufficient room for three passengers with encroachment.

Other than problems with checking in and uploading passport info everything was great. It would be nice to be able to manually input passport info. Often while traveling the bandwidth has problems uploading pictures
