Pros: "checking in at Changi Airport is always a pleasure, helpful friendly staff"
Cons: "the food is disgusting"
Pros: "Plane was super clean and comfortable. A long flight but we'll cared for by host."
Pros: "Amazing crew. On-stop flight. All premium economy for reasonable price."
Cons: "Silk air"
Pros: "Excellent crew and very well dressed and always smiling"
Cons: "The lights were switched off for a very long time. That can be avoided"
Pros: "Always love the SIA business product on long haul."
Cons: "This trip had a lot of minor service and cleanliness misses. But they are quibbles in the scheme of the overall great product."
Pros: "Ok boarding, plane was new, entertainment system was up to date"
Cons: "Premium economy service is even worse than economy as crew is never around and busy in economy. Seats are bigger but not really comfortable. Food is same as economy. Doesn't worth it to buy premium economy."
Pros: "Great crew But... Many wild children, loud babies. I was in seat with extra leg room so I had no space for my purse & carry on and had to store in overhead bin. After take off, I retrieved my purse & carry on to get my glasses and purse. The flight attendant gave my bin space away to someone..."
Cons: "See above... Who didn't upgrade their seat. My items had to go into bin 3 rows back. Very inconvenient & very difficult to retrieve after landing. I will never pay the additional fee for extra leg room again."
Cons: "Flat bed in business class was disappointing. No way anyone taller than 6’ could stretch out. Overall, it was an inferior experience to business class on Cathay Pacific, which sets the standard IMO."
Pros: "Okay in general, nothing impressive"
Cons: "Food certainly need improvement, lacking in attention to ensure food quality. Crews need proper training in customer service."
Pros: "Staff very attentive not disturbed after meal The smiles and demeanor of the staff"
Cons: "The flat bed is not comfotable needed help from attendanr all the time felt like i was constricted"
Me and my Partner were in seats 6A and 6B. (Which we paid a premium for). Unfortunately the person is seat 6C was large and because of his size my Partner was squashed to the point of discomfort and unable to sit properly. We requested to be moved to some empty seats and two hours into the flight the crew moved us. Perhaps it’s time airlines began checking passenger sizes to ensure they don’t encroach into fellow passengers seating space!
U could offer everyone a drink ,juice or water.. coffe or tea ...ur air craft isn't a flea market ,where someone has to buy a tea or water!!
Extra luggage after you purchase 1 is gonna jacked u up to 800sgd which is so up to the hook... you could buy 3 round trips ticket on that price.. im so disappointed.. im not gonna choose this airline anymore.. horrible experience...
Pros: "The crew was excellent, especially the stewardesses."
Cons: "Their wifi service is ridiculously expensive $32 and it doesn't work."
Cons: "Flight delayed. Please be punctual if can’t be earlier."
Pros: "Crew were good."
Cons: "I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late."
Pros: "The food was good. The service very good. Check in was so fast."
Cons: "Internet charge was very expensive and electrical outlet could not hold my charger. It kept falling out"
Pros: "I hope never to fly Scoot again."
Cons: "Extremely rude and uncaring staff. I hate not being booked through with boarding passes. You have to wait in line at every stop, go through security and wait to get your ongoing boarding pass. The Scoot transfer people in Singapore are the most rude people I've ever met."
Pros: "The Business Class bed was nice"
Cons: "The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)"
Cons: "Wasn’t allowed to board the plane because my passport only had five months left on it but you still let me book the flight and I was not refunded"
I regret flying air Asia everytime I fly them. Baggage policy is a joke and the fact they issue mobile boarding passes but you can’t ever use them?? A waste of everyone’s time (you can only use them flying out of bangkok or KL)
100% dislike due to last minutes flight cancellations and terrible customer service experience. Do notice us early at least 24 hours before departure time.
Pros: "Nothing. It's cheap and really not because you pay for everything extra."
Cons: "Rude customer service. Baggage cost more than the flight."
Pros: "so far so good. no complain."
Cons: "short trip okay . everything great. keep up the good job."
Cons: "We paid $37 to check in 1 Baggage and the flight from SFO to Beijing had delivered the baggage in baggage claim area. We had to take Chinese Visa to get to the baggage, even-though it is a transit. We missed the next connecting flight to Shenzhen as it ate up all our time. Now have to travel in the mercy of the airlines for next flight. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LIST THAT "VISA NEEDED IF CHECKING IN BAGGAGE" MISSED ALL FLIGHTS"
Cons: "Was taken aback at the baggage fee and the low amount they give you - 12.5kg before charging is pretty low."
Pros: "Where is my bag. Please find my bag because many thing inside it."
Cons: "Fail tu makesure customer bag arrival safely"
Cons: "They are very strict about the weight of your luggage and will not budge on the overage charge. They serve fish for breakfast...gross."
Cons: "Book it trought kiwi and bought a suitcase of 20 k and air Asia say that it was not in my booking so I had to pay again."
Pros: "Crews are ok in general"
Cons: "I was detained at the ticket cutting counter because I carried extra plastic back for purchase at the airport. Apparently in HK they have absurd rules saying that you can only have 2 bags carry on. Any extra has to be charges. I never have that kind of rules before using Air Asia at the other country, especially we buy some presents at the airport. I end up throwing a few items away because I can't squeeze in everything in my carry on bag. I will no longer take Air Asia for the Hong Kong Route."
Cons: "They do not necessarily seat minor children with their parents. Much bigger fight to get them to seat families together, which should be standard practice in the age of COVID. Below average legroom. Much less than in America and elsewhere."
Pros: "Relatively inexpensive and on time."
Cons: "Absolutely no customer support. No one to call or contact. In theory, they have a contact through Facebook but no one picks up. If you book through a major third party agency, you cannot log onto their system to make changes like add baggage. At the airport, they told me the only way to ask them is to come to the airport. How environmentally unfriendly and generally inconvenient. Especially in these days where such online services should be easy."
Pros: "i like how fast the immigration is at siem reap"
Cons: "Definite time of boarding we were 20-25 minutes late for departure"
Pros: "On time departure and arrival, quick baggage return"
Cons: "Vegetarian bundled meal very basic and would have been great to have the option of buying one of the other meals at purchase."
Pros: "It was only a2 hour flight."
Cons: "Nothing Free! Have to pay for water! 40 baht for a 10 baht water"
Cons: "It just does not make any sense to me that I would need to leave the airport, collect my piece of luggage, to then go back on the boarding pass/baggage kiosk, to then get on a larger line to drop off my luggage to then go to another desk where I needed to take a number to pay for my suitcase. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never experienced anything like this before."
Pros: "Plane was 1h late to take off but on time at landing"
Cons: "No power plug, no English magazine, no phone allowed (even in flight mode) for a 4 hours flight. So “entertainment” deserves 2 star only. As a couple travelling together, we were not seated together, which is very annoying (that was the case for other passengers too) even though a lot of single seats were empty in the plane (crew refused to let us swap places). That’s a 2 star for the crew. Food and beverage is pay only, and was real bad, that is the 1 star for food."
Cons: "It’s frustrating that there is ONLY the ability to pay for food/drinks on board and ONLY in cash. It’d be nice if there were at least some free drinks. During my flight to Bangkok I was so sick and needed some soda to settle my stomach. My husband and I didn’t have enough cash and were told cards were not accepted. They refused to give us anything which I thought was cold hearted as I was vomiting and very uncomfortable. Also, the policy to shut down all electronics for take off and landing is so silly. I’m an anxious flyer and I was not told on some air Asia flights to shut it off. Couldn’t understand why the same airline would force me to shut it off on my flight out of Bangkok."
Pros: "Nice crew. Clean airplane."
Cons: "Very small seat in upgrade area. DO NOT BUY SIM CARD ON AIRPLANE. Buy it when you exit. They rip you off on flight and it’s not connected."
Pros: "The service and overall flight experience with Thai AirAsia was superb."
Cons: "There was absolutely nothing that I disliked about the flight - really great overall!"
Cons: "Seats were very thin. Could feel all movement from the person behind me on my back and bottom!"
Pros: "Very disappointed with overall experience. Booked on Kayak, received confirmation but then when I got to the counter to checkin my booking was cancelled and Kayak wouldnt do anything about it. Referred me to airline and basically "not their problem""
Cons: "Kayak could have assisted with problems."
Pros: "Crew and comfort just fine for a 2-hour hop from Penang to Singapore"
Cons: "Probably beyond the control of Jetstar, but the boarding gate was changed twice, causing chaos. People at the front of the line had others cutting in front of them etc.."
Pros: "I am sorry to say the first airline that I would not like for the service."
Cons: "They charged us for small backpacks and extra for our luggage even though it was under weight and already paid for."
Pros: "Easy boarding"
Cons: "Not much leg room. Have to pay all food and drinks"
Cons: "Overall about jetstar are pretty good for there budget airline, but of course would be better if to have some improvements as well"
Pros: "The detail of booking didn't show has paid bag fee.so confuse .And also kayak keep on asking want checking bag....."
Pros: "Don't be fooled by the low price. You pay extra for everything. Initial fare does not include any luggage, a seat assignment or even a soda. Staff were helpful and friendly helping folks use the check in kiosks and automated luggage checking machines. There was no traditional check in counter. At the Singapore airport. You do it all yourself. Flight was on time. The aircraft was newer and clean. This airline is perhaps more dependable than some of the other smaller low cost Asian airlines. Food and entertainment got low rating because there was none really but this was only an hour long flight."
