Pros: "Served snack; modern plane"
Cons: "Good value for money - no hassles."
Cons: "It took quite a while to get off the plane."
Pros: "Gentle and warm manner from the crew. Boarding was easy and swift."
Cons: "It was a nice gesture to have food on the plane but bolony on a croissant is a no-no. Maybe just cheese or a simpler less heavily processed meat. I didn't eat my sandwich because of the colony."
Pros: "Great Airline! Airlines in the USA could take lessons from MAI."
Cons: "These planes are not suitable for European sized passengers. I'm 1.86m and there was absolutely no space for my knees and no head rest on the seat to reach my height. The food is inedible."
Pros: "Nothing stands out on the flight but checking in was painless and smooth"
Cons: "Nothing really."
Cons: "That was the least room I've EVER had on a plane. There was no way I could sit with my legs in front of me. I could count the hairs on the head of the guy in front of me (he didn't have that many), and it was a good thing there was no one sitting next to me, or we would have elbowed each other the entire trip. The food was mediocre, though it was served with a smile. Won't fly this airline again."
Pros: "Pleasant, courteous staff."
Cons: "Literally not enough leg room. Good thing for me it was a short flight."
Pros: "Very responsive and generous service."
Cons: "Boarding was a little confusing."
Pros: "Great crew. Very polite and responsive!"
Cons: "No entertainment or flight status on screen"
Pros: "Fairly good price for a flight out of Suvarnabhumi Airport."
Cons: "Was given information about their frequent flyer program by their check-in staff and satisfied all the criteria for elite membership only to be told suddenly that the information previously given to me was several years old and that the requirements had been more than tripled since then."
Cons: "the aircraft insulation was bad and leg space wasn't great."
Pros: "Crew and services"
The worst flying experience on an intrnarnional flight
It’s THE worst international flying experience I have had. I will avoid this airline.
Pros: "Quick and easy boarding and very friendly crew"
Cons: "Nothing really. For a no-frills flight, it was a great value"
Pros: "Smooth boarding"
Cons: "Leg room"
Pros: "Smooth check in"
Cons: "That the in-flight wifi really is free instead of making the passengers to pay"
Pros: "On time departure"
Cons: "Bigger aircraft"
Pros: "The boarding was fast."
Cons: "Self-service boarding didn't work fully, causing some delay for my wife even though everything was in order. The flight was delayed and no over-the-air announcement or explanation or apology was given."
Pros: "Crew was really nice"
Cons: "There wer plenty of empty seats and the other people sitting in my row wanted to move to open seats but weren’t allowed because the seats apparently cost more money than our seats. I think that’s a bit stingy of the airlines because no one is sitting there. Why not allow people to be comfortable?"
Pros: "The flight was okay, service was okay."
Cons: "Could be better if the departure was on time rather than delaying too much without clear explanation."
Cons: "Very specific about weight of bags"
Pros: "correct priority of boarding respected luggage handling very fast"
Cons: "quality of food"
Cons: "Baggage problems in transit"
Pros: "Flight was good. Left a little late still arrived on time. I was traveling with one extra bag. 18 kilos. Cost at counter was $150.00. (Ouch) Anyway after paying the extra bag fee I went there office in the airport and purchased the same extra bag for my return flight for $28.00. Nice flight but make sure you purchase ample baggage when booking your flight."
Pros: "The price is very affordable and flight was very good in take off and landing."
Cons: "Seats was very tight and uncomfortable!!!"
Pros: "I will say that the AirAsia crews do save the day. This is my first time flying AirAsia on a 3 leg trip (currently on leg 2) and the crew members have been absolutely awesome and stellar."
Cons: "I’m just a BIG guy so space is my overall complaint. But as my first experience with AirAsia, it has not been a great one. First my initial flight kept being delayed and delayed until it was actually canceled. Then my second leg of my vacation trip, again, delayed and they just had us standing in line waiting to board our flight. Again I give praise to the wonderful crew members for the stellar and comforting service. They truly are the reason I have not given up on AirAsia just yet. Now I do have one leg left, my tip home...I’m hoping that this one will be the overall best experience for my AirAsia. I’m praying for an on time departure, and another wonderful staff and just a tiny bit more leg space. Wish me luck"

Pros: "Efficient boarding....took off early in both directions!"
Pros: "Everything was great"
Cons: "The head stewardess pronounced a few words wrong"
Pros: "Efficiency"
Cons: "Aircraft arrived slightly late"
Pros: "convenient flight times"
Cons: "i hated that there are no human beings in sight. i hate all the machines. i hate that you dont employ people. if you want to give jobs to machines then i what use are you? i would much rather pay more and be greeted by a friendly human face. you are all fools and i will seek other airlines in future"
Cons: "Duplicitous and sneaky policies. They tried to scam us out of $175 to check our luggage (it turns out we only should pay $16). Be careful."
Cons: "Flight delayed by 2 hours"
Cons: "constant flight delays"
Pros: "Crew was professional, relatively quick boarding"
Cons: "BAGGAGE FEES were OUTRAGEOUS!!"
Cons: "Late flight, not enough announcements"
Cons: "I was facing lot issues with my baggage as they dropped my baggage at malashiya instead of dropping at my final destination"
Pros: "Staff very helpful and knowledgeable... enjoyed my flight! Thank you so much!"
Cons: "Nothing...everything was perfect!"
Pros: "Great boarding arrangement for back seat passengers to board first and follow up with front seat passengers."
Cons: "Cabin crew totally forget their priority task which is to Ensure the comfort of passenger. Instead everyone is so focus on retail as well as F&B add on sales."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight was delayed."
Pros: "Very punctual departure and arrival."
Cons: "Sadly, despite having printed our boarding pass we were.not allowed through security without a red stamp from Air Asia. This took.two attempts as they printed mine twice and not my husbands. Also check in counters had closed so we used the Sales counter. The staff forgot to give me back our passports and plastic pocket with all.our travel documents in. They were not very competent and not parrocularly polite. At no.point on the boarding pass did it tell us we needed a stamp from check.in. We had handluggage only."
Pros: "Air Asia! Ground staffs are good service and helpful."
Pros: "Overall not bad the flight left on time and was a good flight."
Cons: "Please be forewarned, pay for your bags ahead of time if you can figure out how. We had a short flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and had not paid for our bags. It ended up costing us more for two bags than the flight for the both of us. For that reason alone I would probably not fly with them again unless it was the only option."
Pros: "Flights were on time."
Cons: "All food and drinks were sold at additional cost, not even small snacks or water included in the price of the flight ticket."
Pros: "Same as for earlier flight"
Cons: "Same comment as above"
Pros: "In the US most recognize Southwest Airlines as an efficient low-cost carrier. AirAsia is all that with nice aircraft AND comfortable assigned seats."
Cons: "If your going to check a bag you can do it easily at the airport and you will pay per pound/kilo. If you know the approximate weight you can do it in advance on-line and save time. Example: 40 kilos /80 lbs was $40 usd."
