My entire row did not have power for the full duration of a 14.5 hour flight. Could not charge any devices such as laptop or phones for the entirety of the long flight. The flight attendants tried to remedy the issue by resetting the power, but were not successful. The only other solution provided was to move me to another seat on the plane which was in the middle row. I had paid for a “preferred” seat that was a window seat. This was a downgrade being offered due to the power issue.
I wish the leg room was better for Economy especially for the outbound flights to India . The outbound flight to US and Qatar was good
The check-in and crew staff were wonderful. The food was reasonable. The online side Qatar was very poor. Seats were very tight and not very comfortable for a 14 hour flight!
The flight was operated by IndiGo and not Qatar, which is a budget airline from India. Nevertheless, the flight was uneventful.
I was travelling 3.5 years after. Agree Economy is no business class but the food was mediocre. Ordered a Hindu meal, the salads were bitter . The food was really below quality and had no tast from what I had in the past. Indian Railways probably have a better quality food when compared. However the kids meal was really nice and really appreciate how they were taken care of. The restrooms were dirty .
My flight was with American Airlines 120. The flight was delayed 3 hours and I missed my connection. When I arrived in Doha, the AA staff told me to call an 800 number to rebook a different flight, which was unacceptable. Eventually a Qatar Air staff member helped rebook me on a flight to Manila, that was 12 hours later. They offered me a hotel and meal voucher which I declined, because I didn’t want to leave the airport. Long story short, I spent 12 hours in the Doha airport waiting for my next flight.
Reason for travelling Tampa to Orlando is to fly Qatar Airline. we end up with American Airline. This was the miserable experience I ever had in my entire travel history. Flight attendants were rude. They hit my knee with the food cart and I was holding ice pack for 2 hours. I still have the pain after a week. WE boarded the flight twice because of the temperature inside the plan.

It was OK as the seat which we paid for doesn’t have any window. We paid $120 for 3 seats but it’s for nothing. Crew could not help. None of the ports worked so all our phones went dry

Etihad seems to have a very strict luggage enforcement. I am a very light passenger compared to other passengers which are mainly heavier. I do not understood why airlines enforce the weight restriction so strictly. I was overweight luggage of 1.5kg, but am probably 10+kg lighter than the average passenger. Other airlines are far more accommodating. Poor customer service as far as I am concerned. If weight is such an important issue to an airline they should charge passengers by total amount of body weight plus luggage. To me just ridiculous.

Horrible. After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. Entertainment was outdated. I booked this through partnership with American Airlines but will avoid in the future.

Well, I needed to make a change to my flight and I called the airline and they said yes no problem $700 and we can do that and I agreed to it so they canceled my tickets and went to rebook and came back after being on hold for an hour and a half and said I’m sorry, sir. There was an error. It is $2800 Now and I said never mind. I will just use those flights and she proceeded to tell me that they already canceled them because I said I was interested in doing the change. I told her yes for $700. I was fine with doing a change but not $2800 so give me my tickets back and she proceeded to tell me that she could not do that and I had to pay the $2800 to get my tickets back that I already spent $2800 on. So I had to book tickets on another airline to get home And that cost a lot of money too. I’m a little pissed off at Philippine airline right now because of what they did to me and I’m not sure I ever wanna fly with them again. I’ve flown with them plenty in the past, but this just really put a bad taste in my mouth.. Not to mention on my way there leaving Seattle going to Vancouver. I got to the airport three hours in advance and they had booked me through Alaska Airlines to do that little trip. My connecting flight would leave about six hours after I got to Vancouver BC. I stood in Alaska Airlines lying for a little over two hours and then they proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t check me in because I wasn’t there an hour in advance. I kept telling the lady at the beginning of the line that I was afraid they were not gonna let me in because it was taking so long and she said oh don’t worry about it. You’re fine you’ve got time. Well I ended up spending $600 to get to Canada that night just to make my connecting flight because Alaska air wouldn’t do anything and Filipino Air told me it was Alaska air problem but Alaska air said since you booked through Philippine air, we can’t fix it. The flight was fantastic and the crew was absolutely excellent, but the entertainment system on the B777 was not working. That's a long time to spend with no electronics. The crew offered I-Pads but I had brought my own. I am only pointing this out because this is the second flight on Philippines Air where the entertainment system was down. FJM

Everything about our return trip from Colombo to Manchester was excellent. Staff were brilliant all flights. Return flights on time and all staff were brilliant. The outbound journey however was marred by cancellation of Man to Bahrain flight. No information or staff assistance. Customer Service none existent. Told to make own arrangements by none interested or understanding telephone staff who said to make own hotel arrangements and be reimbursed. CS refused to reimburse hotel or lost lounge booking or taxi fees.
The boarding was late. The check-in board said boarding closed but the boarding hadn't even started. I have spine issue but not eligible for wheelchair since I can walk. But we were taken to a plane with stairs to climb. I requested support with the handcarry and was told that I shouldn't have booked this flight without wheelchair. Instead this information should be public if this plane has sky bridge or stairs. The infotainment system did not work either. And the plane was very loud with very less legroom in economy.

From the start of the check-in process, the associate was unprofessional and claimed that my ticket was incorrect, attributing the issue to Gulf Air. Had to discuss more than 15 min regarding wheelchair they gave only at the start location. No food serv in 1 st flight. Considering flight started at 10:00 pm so had to starve for dinner. Checkin screw was polite. Food in 2 nd and 3 rd flights was not good. It was too cold in the flights. Had to ask for blankets. Missed quality all thru, though the fare was on higher side

IndiGo is low cost and therefore no frills, but is always a pleasant experience. No mood lighting and fancy features but clean aircraft, professional crew and absolute value for money.

Although we took the XL seats with more width, we found that you do not have a seat in front to stow your personal item, nor can you stretch your legs. This is not the best option for a comfortable seat. Boarding was timely but disorganized without any row based entry.

My baggage bag got broken and only 3000 voucher was given for compensation
Crew members forgot to serve sandwiches after serving the coffee. Worst was the handling of bag. One of wheel was Broken making it useless. Though a complaint was registered and assured of compensation voucher equal to part cost of the new bag.
