Boarded via bus instead of the air bridge Had to wait 10mins in the bus at the tarmac before we were allow to go up

The best airline food being served for business travellers. Excellent food.

One of the worst check in process at the DIA as well as the boarding counter Changed seat at the last minute and assigned middle seat while I paid for window seat. Requested many times but to no avail . horrible customer service and very poor process Requesting refund for seat that was changed last minute

It was very good and it was not my first time I always take Turkish air line for my travels

Delays and no explanations nor apologies. Last 4 times I flew Turkish the flight was significantly delayed. I will avoid this company in the future

Quality of service on board was very inconsistent. FA service primarily seemed robotic and they barely engaged with passengers

No wifi at all during the entire flight from Istanbul to Miami.

Our itinerary was broken apart by ChatDeal and let off our luggage from Turkey to Greece!! When contacted by this prior to our departure, I was informed it was my fault...I had to pay for checked bags, in middle of our trip! Turkish Airlines is not to blame for my distain of the ChatDeal interaction. COMPLETELY UNSAT!!

It’s amazing how much better foreign airlines are than American domestic airlines. Why can’t we do things as well? Professional, friendly flight attendants. Quality meals and complimentary wine and beer. Great selection of movies, shows, music, etc. Comfortable seats, even in Economy class (adjustable headrest, footrest, large foldable tray table, charging port). A nice bag of comfort items, such as socks, slippers, eye covers, head phones. This is the third foreign airline we have used over the last 7-8 years, and they have all been so nice, but Turkish Airlines was our favorite. We flew to Portugal last year on one of our domestic american airlines, and it was a pretty miserable experience in comparison. Kudos to Turkish Airlines.
