I did not follow this route as I was forcefully rerouted.

Don’t book a middle or window seat the leg room was very tight and very difficult to exit your seat. I was sitting in a window seat. I’m not a large person. I booked economy plus for the extra room. There was no extra room for the additional cost to the flight.

The leg room was tight even after paying extra for economy comfort plus. It was difficult to move out of your seat (I was seated in a window seat). I am not a large person. I would not book the middle or window seats again.

Wow! Both way we came in in advance! Now that's a first with AC!

Not happy with Air Canada’s frequent flights cancellation and delays.

In flight entertainment system did not work across the whole plane for entire flight. Seats were very cramped. Cabin temperature was freezing cold. Crew was miserable and answered everyone in a short and barking manner. I’ve flown air Canada many many times and never had an issue. But this was unpleasant.

Horrible, we were on a little DeHaviland 400 that was really small and shaky. I am 5' 4" and I had to duck my head to get in it felt like an old war plane.

Pros: The airplane was new and had in-flight entertainment (tablet behind seats) with new movies instead of watching on personal devices. Cons: the flight time was changed without informing us. When I booked the flight, the time was 13:30pm (also in the email confirmation). However, when I reached the airport, the time was conveniently changed to 14:55pm. When I asked at the counter, they said the flight always took off at this time. The booking was made by Air Canada, but the flight was operated by United.

Plane was clean, crew were courtesy and friendly, great flight. There was no food or entertainment but it was a short flight.

Seamless! Long but the seat back entertainment kept us all busy the whole time! Meals were excellent! Crew fantastic! Very attentive!
