缺点： Excellent service by good mood personal and cabine crew. I enjoyed the short flight.

优点： Good food, excellent lounge in Istanbul and super comfy seats in the longer leg

缺点： Boarding crew did not have the required knowledge of visa process and made us wait 40 mins

优点： Crew were nice. It was a very quiet flight so plenty of room to move to other seats - see below.

缺点： Although the flight was probably less than half full, by the time the trolley got to us there was only one choice of lunch. People in front reclined their seats right back into our faces. Seats were packed together very tightly. Given the lack of space, better to fix seats to only recline a little.

缺点： Vegetarian food. 30% of people are vegetarian

优点： Boarding and traveling comfort was good .As always staff were very good and attentive.Food not very good snd boring.

优点： Full seasons of resurrection ertugrul would be appreciated. The flight really wouldn’t have felt so long

缺点： Plane dirty toilets disgusting, much to warm in cabin, very tight seats and Turkish doesn’t enforce their carryon luggage regulations do boarding takes ages

优点： left on the, arrived on time, crew were friendly and efficient, seat was comfortable

缺点： Food was a bit basic and in-flight entertainment was a bit limited, but on a 2 hour flight not a major problem

优点： The food and the entertainment

缺点： Boarding was late and they change the number of the gate without telling the passengers. The seats were uncomfortable.

优点： Great good entertainment n crew provided warm and courteous service

缺点： Terrible boarding process n the seats are not the best- not bad just not as good as everything else.

缺点： Seats are cramped. Also I was sitting on the aisle seat and the food trolley hit my elbow so there isnt much space for it to go down the aisle

优点： Given that this flight, like just about every other BA9 flight for the past week, was a delayed departure, this flight delayed 3 hours, it is difficult to say that this was a good flight. The flight was full, and some business class passengers moved to economy class, with some economy passengers being removed from the flight to free up essential "rest areas" for the crew.

缺点： Whilst I understand that the planes make no money sitting on the tarmac, maybe the schedule needs tweaking to permit a little more time for maintenance?

优点： We took the offer of putting cabin baggage in hold. Some of those that retained theirs had "oversized" bags that should have been taken from them at the steps of the plane. As this did not happen there were a lot of problems including the problem of opening the lockers

缺点： Stricter control on cabin bags. The result was that our bags were already on the belt when we got to customs area

优点： Excellent service. Very tasty food.

缺点： Too many voice announcements, interfering with the entertainments system.

优点： The service

缺点： No entertainment. Late boarding.

缺点： The best Airlines ever from every aspects, I’m frequent traveler of Turkish airlines and will be for good.

缺点： Long delays, poor information, cold food and an entertainment system that wouldn't play films properly.
