Pros: Flights out of Kabul are generally filled with less-experienced travelers, so Turkish Airlines did the best they could with a planeful of new flyers. Entertainment system had some pretty good choices.

Cons: There's a coronavirus outbreak going on. Just slow down, everyone. Take it easy. Slow down boarding. Slow down disembarking. Enable social distancing. Just slow down. We were packed into economy class, touched by every person walking past, bumped by every bag over every shoulder. Just take it easy. Let passengers try, even a little, to maintain a little social distance in economy class.

Pros: The flight was excellent, and the team worked very well.

Pros: I didn’t take the flight but there was no way to get my refund! No phone answer and no ticket counter!!!!

Pros: The crew were super patient there was a traveller was so irritating kept complaining about everything and ,moving from one seat to another even insulting the crew but they never lost their cool I thought that was wonderful .i learnt something.

Cons: If a tooth paste and brush was provided in the little pack it would have made life better.

Pros: The seats were comfy and the pilots were skilled, food was average.

Cons: The handles in between the seats could've been better by being able to be completely raised.

Pros: The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable.

Cons: Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it.

Pros: The crew was really good

Cons: Surprised to find out that there was no rock/metal playlist available within music menu, considering that Finnish artists/bands are famous worldwide and very proficient in this genre.

Pros: The lie-flat seats were just great .

Cons: Storage space should be made available beside the seats , especially during take-off and landing. There is none right now , and that's in Business class.

Pros: Check in was simple and efficient, boarding was easy, leg space was sufficient, air hostess where polite and plane was clean prior to take off. Landing and take off both on time.

Cons: Two toilets for 100+ people meant long queues for the bathroom throughout the flights. The toilets were not even once cleaned in a flight of 4 Hours, meaning that by the final hour, they were a complete utter disaster in terms of hygiene. Pilot made a complete mess of descending and landing.

Pros: The flight attendants were the warmest and most personable I’ve seen in a long time. All ground staff had the same amazing hospitality.

Cons: Finnair A321 HEL-DXB, 6 hour flight, uses regular EuroBusiness seats (same seat as economy but blocked middle seat and better food), no wi fi , no tv, very uncomfortable aircraft.

Cons: The jack for the TV was broken! For seat 4H during my flight from Helsinki to Tokyo. I paid a business class ticket but had No audio for the television! This should be fixed immediately and I think I should receive something for the inconvenience and in return for the high price ticket I purchased!
