How to Get to Marbella

Plane

Although Marbella doesn’t have its own airport, you can fly to Malaga Costa del Sol Airport (AGP), which is located 39 km from Marbella. The shortest flight to Marbella from Singapore departs from Singapore and takes around 21h 35m.

Train

Renfe is the most popular train carrier serving Marbella, followed by iryo.

Car

Another option to get to Marbella is to pick up a car hire from Tarifa, which is about 85 km from Marbella. You’ll find branches of Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Europcar, among others, in Tarifa.

Bus

Several bus lines operate bus routes to Marbella, including Interbus, ALSA and Damas. From Granada, the bus ride to Marbella takes 169 km and will cost you around S$ 43. From Seville, the ticket costs about S$ 21 for a journey of 266 km. The most popular bus station is Marbella Residencia Tiempo Libre, located 8 km from the city centre of Marbella. Marbella Puerto Banús is also a commonly used station, and is 7 km from the city centre.
