Awful , hidden charges for the luggage was a very awful thing, very much a scam , booking the flight thinking the luggage was included was definitely a scam , then the girl that was taking my luggage Ayrlease the airport was an absolute awful , telling me if I don’t have money to take my luggage with me I can just throw it away , how professional, NEVER AGAIN .

I payed for extra leg room but in last moment my seating place was changed and i got standard one seat. Staff was not able to do anything , so was very disappointed because of this.

Etihad seems to have a very strict luggage enforcement. I am a very light passenger compared to other passengers which are mainly heavier. I do not understood why airlines enforce the weight restriction so strictly. I was overweight luggage of 1.5kg, but am probably 10+kg lighter than the average passenger. Other airlines are far more accommodating. Poor customer service as far as I am concerned. If weight is such an important issue to an airline they should charge passengers by total amount of body weight plus luggage. To me just ridiculous.

Good range of movies but lacking decent tv shows. Wifi was really expensive on this flight, considering flights under 7 hours have a $9.99 USD charge for streaming, to jump up to $24.99 for a 7 hour 40 flight seemed a little bit of a rip off. The seat was not functional. Very uncomfortable to sit upright for that many hours😢. There was no legroom. Can’t move the legs or the body. We should have the option to pick our seats. There was no need to call customer support team and have them pick and we pay for the premium seats. When I called the CST regarding the seats, their response is gaslighting. Total disappointment.
