Very roomy. Food, entertainment, and attendants hospitality were excellent compacted with other airlines.

Flight was delayed. Meal was so salty and out of the order couldn’t get fish meal.

My experience with KAYAK was an absolute nightmare!!! I will never use your stinking company again, and I have been spreading the word. For the rest of my life, I will always steer people away from your dirty company.

They finally connected us to this flight nearly two hours later, but I guessed we might still be able to go home as planned.

Excellent airline. Great service and direct flight from Seattle to Narita airport in Tokyo.

It was smooth and quiet both ways. Staff was attentive and very friendly.

Horrible and the food was disgusting as well as the delays for the flights and luggage

The best in every respect but the best was the departure lounge at Narita which had the best tasting food ever at an airport lounge-great variety of food and drinks and the Japanese food, from rice curry, chicken karaage to all the side vegetable dishes were the best! The staff was very attentive and courteous. Best airport lounge I have ever experienced!

The flights were on time and the cabin crew were very nice. The only downside was that the food was not good.
