The food was fine, I was in economy so wasn’t expecting more. Would have liked an entree like pasta/lasagna. Entertainment/movies were ok. I have Apple TV & HBO so I was searching for new releases. But these are just my preferences for food & entertainment. The flight was good. I like the design of your seat backs/tray tables with the extra cup holder and screen holders
Poor. They should have given me a row with more room and instead they put me in a middle seat with two strangers next to me
On time boarding, take off and landing. Will fly again with Alaska Airlines.
Had to pay $8 for internet wasnt cool, no tv’s, had to use phone to watch movies, no food choices seemed available unless u ordered in advance maybe I'm wrong about that but seemed that way, no snacks were served. Seemed a very bare bones flight. But it was on time and safe so that was good
this flight had a 7 hour delay due to weather in NYC. It diverted to Pittsburgh for 2 hours then proceeded to NYC. Through it all the crew and flight attendants were terrific. They gave timely information, showed empathy , and were very professional.
Great, overall. Thicker seat cushion would be nice. My butt hurt the whole flight.
No complaints. Great service. A first class entry lane at boarding wouldn’t hurt.
Awful . Extra charge on my bags even after it was confirmed it wasn’t overweight.
Crew was great. Helpful, friendly, sense of humor. 👍🏽 Seat was really uncomfortable -- too concave ( why make them like that???) but worst, This is the first flight I've ever been on in my life where the seat did not have the option to recline!!! Whaaaat??? I was so sleepy but never was able to get comfortable enough to actually sleep. I forget which model of a plane it was exactly, but it was a 737 of some type.
The seats were roomier than other airplanes I’ve been on.
Seats were great, the staff was great, and the food was about the best I've had on a plane, and is especially the best of any US-based carrier I've flown. Free Wi-Fi was also great.
It was good. I’m very disappointed that they don’t give commentary ear pods for the movie. I forgot mine at home
Rude crew member. She seemed annoyed at me without me saying a single word. Also loudly admonished me for having my bag next to my seat instead of tucked away before landing. Just telling me to put it away and guiding me without giving me a lecture would have been enough.
I don’t usually fly budget airlines or airlines in the United States. It was as good as any other airline. The seats are comfortable and the airline attendants are not rude & surly. Very nice flight (s).
Too many long delays with JetBlue. Worst major airline that serves JFK but unfortunately I keep going back because of the prices.
Little snafu at boarding. Staff communicated with gate poorly. Flight attendant was rude making disembark early. This was an older mint class. Needs an overhaul for sure. Food was good. The male flight attendant was really nice.
For some reason, the seats on this flight seemed unusually uncomfortable. Speaking with friends who took another JetBlue flight later in the day, they brought up the same issue.
JetBlue has really gone downhill. They have all the problems without the discounted price. If you need to get anywhere in time, this is no longer the airlines for you
Flight was delayed 30 minutes, but otherwise was terrific. We used our points to upgrade to Mint for the first time which was a fun & comfortable. Josh & Kori were very attentive & genuinely cared about our comfort.
