Bag service at Iad airport was not nice at all. They served economy class first unvip first. This happened many times with different airports

It was very good excitement. We Enjoy everything except the food

Staff at the airport wasn't helpful or friendly. Probably the worst airport experience I have ever had, going and coming. The staff on the plane was better. Still not super friendly or personable. However, they were not rude like airport staff. They ran out of certain menu items. Maybe could have been prepared better? Overall just ok.

Good overall. Seat spacing a bit tight between IST and ISB.

The crew on this flight provided exceptional business class service to me.

They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second

Entertainment was good. Flight was delayed, nearly missed my connecting flight. The gate was changed on several occasions. My luggage did not arrive on time and had to leave without it.

The airport staff never announced that boarding has started. Both at iad or Islamabad or Istanbul.

The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support
