Overall was a good experience. Crew members are nice and helpful.
Service is great. Seat is ok. Not much storage room and seat is hard but seat topper was nice. Cabin was very warm most of the flight. Washoku Food was good.
United Airlines crew members do not know how to deal with emergency situation that caused our flight delay. For example, they should have asked the maintenance or seat belt repair personnel to come and fix the seat belt while they were looking for a volunteer to book another flight.
The pilot was kept warning about the weather terrifying us. The flight attendants were not warm or pleasant.
I always take ANA because of the great service and overall experience.
Tokyo Haneda to transport was so bad too short time . and find out way to the gate was so bad. I almost missed flight. because confused. They need more great way tell us how to get there details
Entertainment and food is best. I love to use ana for a lots japanese movies…. Food was best
Staff was rude and loud. No respect for customers unlike the Starflyer Osaka to Haneda sector where service was outstanding. What a stark difference. Maybe United should learn from ANA how to do customer service.
First trip from Tulsa to Houston by air. It went by quickly. I watched half a movie and continued the rest on the next flight. Staff was considerate and helpful.
The crew was incredible. The pilots were so fantastic. The smoothest landing I’ve ever experienced.
No entertainment system. Paid extra for wider seats but not worth the cost. Flight left a little late and arrived early.
5 hour additional delay in vancouver with 3 kids and all the compensation was a meal voucher of 15 each, which goes nowhere in an airport. This delay resulted in us needing an additional hotel night in Calgary at the cost of almost 300 dollars

Seats were so small. I’m 6ft and a good 20% of me hung out into the aisle and the flight attendants come dashing with the cart. On multiple occasions they hit me before saying mind your elbows and knees. I’m like, yes, but where do i put them. There isn’t a space that exists that i can fold into. The carts are so close to the seats when they pass through that i regularly felt water dripping on me as they poured drinks. Overall 3/10 experience. Highly unlikely to recommend
Would have preferred a better food menu. Other than that, no complaints.
Flight was late leaving. Charge for luggage which still has not arrived and will be delivered in a week.
Obviously the leg room...but I guess that's what business class would be ..expensive though.
A sandwich and a drink would have been better thank a snack bar...
Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.
Flight delayed by 90 min making for a 2 am check in at destination hotel.
