All good great price seating very cramped but overall very good

Plane was packed but flew on-time, and the comfort level was great! All planes are a bit cramped, but the in flight entertainment was superb, snacks were nice, and the crew was polite. Got into Calgary on schedule...all we could ask for

Seats horribly uncomfortable. Air nozzles didn't work so very overheated.

Flight delayed by 90 min making for a 2 am check in at destination hotel.

It was horrible experience, as my flight was delayed over 5 hours. There was no compensation provided. They wasted my whole day.

Abandoned me in hallway in a wheelchair… which I asked for because I sprained my back. After waiting in the hallway, I decided to walk the rest of the way since someone respecting me up.. My experience with the united was totally the opposite. Wheelchair access, propped swift and save me a lot of grief. Air Canada totally disorganized.

Flight was delayed but the real issue is how long we sat after boarding. Space very limited for an overnight flight and seatbacks didn’t recline so it was almost impossible to sleep.

Easy boarding and comfortable seating were plusses. Enjoyed the experience and good service from the captain and crew. Many thanks...!

Staff was very attentive! Food was good for premium economy airplane food. Clearly an older plane - seat back had to be pulled up manually after being reclined.
