Very comfortable (upgraded to business class). The audio on my screen didn’t work, but I managed to play the audio through my phone while watching the screen.
Boarding seemed to be organized bedlam. For what ever reason, preboarding took longer than 20 minutes. Made the plane 20 minutes late taking off. Luckily we arrived on time. Flight crew seemed very friendly. Only slight turbulence.
Its good expeince but in enternteiment please be like you tube the music i like or movie
Boarding was a little difficult. The gate area at O'Hare was very small and crowded due to multiple gates in the area. Could not hear the intercom, so had to rely on signage to see when my group was boarding and the signage was blocked by passengers standing in the gate. Flight was great and we arrived in Montreal on time.
Stewardess spilled orange juice on my clothes/seat no help no apology just threw napkins at me to clean the mess up. Not Happy.
The gate attendant let me walk right by her with a bag too big for the overhead compartment

Fight was delayed an hour due to operational issues ,then further delayed due to ground control for a total of about 1.30 hours. Salad was completely frozen and flatware was so cold you could barely handle it. Crew was friendly and professional and the flight was smooth. The aircraft was clean and well-serviced.
Average. Newark is a United Hub, yet a flight that is early somehow ends up getting late to the gate. Newark ATC needs help badly.
Everything was good. Flight was on time, luggage pickup was quick. The staff were great. Could not ask for anything more.
everything to do with KAYAK was terrible. Your customer facing departments are utterly useless, timewasting and unhelpful.
The internet was horrible. Plus they charged me $25 for service that didn't work which should have been free since I'm Concierge Key. The flight attendant Rick Young was excellent. Greeted me by name and very attentive.
Quiet and comfortable aircraft, pretty smooth flight. Very comfortable business class cabin with decent entertainment. Good service from the crew. All in all a good experience.
Boarding was delayed and we had to get on buses to plane so group # didn't matter. No food or drinks served gratis. Seats were small, knees smashed into the seat ahead, didn't recline. Crew was excellent though.
It was just ok. Half the bathrooms were broke on the flight.
Economy extremely cramped. Dinner was not good. Breakfast was quite good. Crew was excellent.
I am 70 with carry on bag. Was told to go down two flights of stairs the had to climb stairs at rear of plane. Skywalk to front of plane was not offered. I was in row 26
Cabin crew were not nice. The plane was an hour late arriving.
British Airways is fantastic. I am low-vision and they were so helpful and accommodating. The food was all surprisingly delicious. That was an unexpected treat. The best of everything though was how helpful and friendly the service team was.
Business class in Club Europe is basically a slightly larger seat, with the middle seat blocked off. Not really business class, except for the free food/drink - which was also delicious!
