I commend the flight attendants on our SFO-SIN flight who went above and beyond to provide us with extra snacks and food. This type of service makes the flight experience personal and awesome.

In general good, but the machine seems to be long in operation and some functions were restricted as e. g. Adjusting of seats.
Seating cramped; close to toilet, foul smelling and noisy, very unhygienic and disease risk Free and paid Wi-Fi NOT accessible at all - misleading advertising Very expensive sunglasses disappeared from back seat pouch. Coffee disgusting and cold

The premium economy seats were not that great. It could have been more premium than economy seats.
Perfect experience from boarding through to leaving the flight, comfortable and personalised service from all staff, highly recommended
Transfer within the same terminal and lots of facilities at the airport.
The overall operation needs to be improved. The in-flight services took forever and sometimes ran out of options.
Check in was snails pace, only 1 of the luggage screen was working so long lines, an hour to check in Nobody seemed to want to fix the issue Flight was 45 minutes late Scoot is a mini sized plane ( sardine class plane), literally felt slammed between people
Flight attendants seemed a little more stressed out than in past Singapore flights. Not sure if that was because we had a completely full flight or if it was because it was just before Christmas. Food was decent but someone needs to update their Indian Vegetarian menus to ensure more variety, less duplication of items (Parathas included in2 different formats) and less dairy.
Food quality can be improved for the price of the ticket.
On air services are excellent. The Garuda Lounge at Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta International Airport need to have special management attention in cleanliness and the service quality.
I hopefully cancelled this flight and will get a refund. I am disappointed that you did not stop alerts about this flight and seem to think we went on it. It doesn't seem like your company communicates well internally. Also from my end, I hope you have some clout to resolve things. That has to be part of the package you offer. Thank You, William Ashley
At CGK, need to walk from one gate all the way to the other gate to board the plane. Which makes me wonder, why can’t we just gather at the correct gate in the first place?
Would be better if kayak could track this flight. No update and tracke for the gate in kayak for this flight
TVs didn’t work, air conditioning didn’t work, flight crew came by one and that was it
It was delayed and no.entertainment unit. Lion group air is giant company with poor record of service.
Boarding was generally quick, staff were friendly and did assist people when needed. The plane wasn't cleaned well with remnants of the last passengers. Tray tables were falling down and back of seats falling apart. The AC was turned up too high and we were all freezing, i was actually shaking uncontrollably until the heating was put back on. No entertainment at all which is hard when travelling with children. Minimal food choices and cash only option. I know its a budget airline but some minor improvements could make a good difference.
Boarding was delayed by a quarter hour but take off was delayed about half an hour from the scheduled time. But the longest delay was in the waiting time for delivery of the luggage after arrival at Jakarta International Airport which took an hour after passengers disembarked into the terminal.
The trip canceled and transferred me to another flight after 1 hour
