If it is the early morning flight, they would not serve breakfast and only start lunch service at 11am, hence eat before boarding. Otherwise the cabin crew would be happy to provide snacks or instant noodles before the meal.

Avoid Air Asia, rude staff and they act entitled and make you feel they are doing you a favour and not treating you like a customer.

Make sure the hotel you’re staying at has a shuttle to pick you up from airport. Also be prepared for changes in boarding times. It could mess with your plans. Phu Quoc is beautiful, go visit
FreddieFlew with Cebu PacificMNL-TUGMay 2025
If you land on T3, you don't have to change airports as Cebu Pacific fleet of planes stayed on the same airport. Just pick up your luggage and check-in at the counter desk.

When arriving to Taipei, make sure to following the passing card side for connecting flights. We got in the red lanes and had to get our bags checked again. Go green side far right, it’s not very clear then you go to the next stop for transfer check.

If you're flying into Ho Chi Minh with a different airline, make sure you have printed tickets because security does not accept mobile tickets (only printed) and hopefully other airlines are better than Asiana otherwise, plan to spend several hours in the transfer area with nothing available other than bathrooms.

I will not fly to ICN and transfer to Hawaiian again. Both Asiana and KAL are good flights to ICN. And their lounges are both good. But if flying onward, stay with Asiana or KAL connections. ICN doesn’t do terminal connections well.

Thai air send to be the only direct flight from Lahore to Bangkok so it's worth paying a little more in my mind. Do not take a budget airline next time. If there is no choice but Cebu Pacific, then don't pay for checked bags. Just bring a huge backpack, a carry-on suitcase, and one big handbag (personal item) up to 10 kilos each. Cebu Pacific does not care about these things anyway.

Going through Denpasar airport was quite intuitive for me which I appreciated. Landing in Taipei with a connecting flight to the US I was required to go through security again so, take that into account when planning layovers. I had a short layover and my flight into Taipei was late so it was a little worrisome if i would make my connecting flight.

Airports are separate. Theres a free airport bus that can transfer you to the other terminal but the luggage itself you have to bring with you, it doesnt get transferred directly. Download the GRAB app (its like UBER) if you decide to take another form of transportation. Regular taxis will charge you ridiculous amount if youre not careful. GRAB is better.

Verified travelerFlew with SriLankan AirlinesKUL-CMBJan 2024
Arrive early, because Immigration control in Kuala Lumpur is a nightmare. When we entered the country we had to queue up for over one and a half hours just to go through immigration, the same was true when leaving. Also some of the immigration officers were incredibly rude and antagonistic. Malaysia has introduced an e-gate system for immigration, mainly for Malaysian citizens, however certain other nationalities such as Australian citizens can supposedly use this e-gate. Unfortunately it didn’t work of Australian citizens and nobody seemed to know how the system worked or were particularly interested in fixing it. The result was that we had to wait in line again for over an hour.
MikeFlew with China EasternBKK-PVGFeb 2024
Watch the baggage allowance closely. PVG - BKK allowed 30 kg but BKK - PVG only allowed 20 kg using same size plane. Very sneaky way for the airlines to get you to pay for overweight baggage. I will not do this again!

Good service and food. For buying items on flight should be preordered as they don’t keep much stock on board.

We were not given option for meals since they ran out of the other option but good thing the remaining options tasted great.

Both the staff at check-in counter and on board were pleasant and helpful. My chicken and mashed potato was good, sauce was tasty, but the zucchini, carrot n other accompanying vegetables were over-cooked a little. (I understand the meal has to be prepared earlier). Yet I would fly on Singapore Airlines again and recommend it to family and friends.

Excelent service and plenty of food and drinks during the flight. Flight crew very attentive to our needs. Leg room between rows are very disappointing.

Crew and service was excellent, but passengers should be offered a welcome drink before take off which did not happen. Food was very good. Unfortunately the lie-flat bed in business class was one of the most uncomfortable I have experienced. The configuration forces you to sleep with your legs at an angle instead of in a straight line, plus there is very little padding on the bed so it wasn't possible to sleep for more than 2-3 hours on an 18 hour flight. For what the airlines charges for a business class ticket their hard product leaves a lot to be desired.

Food could have been better. Too many passengers getting up and down all the time.

It was very good experience on board to Sydney with SQ.

Check in was easy through self-check-in kiosks just like domestic flights. Staff onboard were fantastic. Some "book the cook" good options weren't great, others really good. Entertainment options a bit limited to what I've experienced on Qantas. Overall a good flight though, especially for the price.

Great airline. Excellent service, good food & lots of TV movies/shows to choose from.

Really enjoyed the flight. Our flight attendant on the way back SIN-LAX was exceptional I didn’t get her name but she was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I had a bit of a panic attack and she checked on me a few times to make sure I was ok. Really appreciated her attention and service. Thank u

Very hard seats. No food service, even though price is not competitive.

Very hard seats for long flights. No food even on International flight. Won't fly Indigo again if I can help it.

Terrible experience at IST airport due to mismanagement by ground and wheelchair staff.

Some seats don’t recline. No USB port or power outlet, no inflight WIFI - not even for SMS/Messaging apps. Ontime performance was very good. They should have at least one crew member who speaks the local language, for flights like these.

Some seats don’t recline. No USB port or power outlet, no inflight WIFI - not even for SMS/Messaging apps. Ontime performance was very good.

Although we took the XL seats with more width, we found that you do not have a seat in front to stow your personal item, nor can you stretch your legs. This is not the best option for a comfortable seat. Boarding was timely but disorganized without any row based entry.

Not professional and didn’t know about double seat even when I paid for it and have a confirmation. Lack of comms between teams.

deboarding is very poor after landing it took around 45 minutes to come out.

My baggage bag got broken and only 3000 voucher was given for compensation

Crew members forgot to serve sandwiches after serving the coffee. Worst was the handling of bag. One of wheel was Broken making it useless. Though a complaint was registered and assured of compensation voucher equal to part cost of the new bag.

I love leaving on time and having a smooth flight

I value punctuality and customer service, which were exactly what I experienced in this flight.

Landing was smooth. Baggage check in was given complimentary B4 boarding was like a surprise gift.

If you are over 170 cm, i would implore you to select an exit row or front row seat. You will not be able to sleep. Extremely uncomfortable.

My second consecutive experience of flight delay between 1.5 and close to 2hr. Resulting upsetting my biz agenda and additional expenses on local transportation to catch up

Expensive Poor check-in process staff only arrived 2h before boarding which is not a par with international standards Cabin was overly warm No seat Pocket No in seat charging No entertainment No WiFi option Slow cabin service Limited purchasing options Boarding was good Staff were presentable Flight was safe and on time

The flight attendants were not passing out soft drinks. They skipped a lot of rows and passengers were complaining.

The boarding a bit late but overall no drama. Will fly with jetstar again someday for sure.

seat legroom was quite narrow, so i could feel the person’s knees behind me.

Honestly, I Wouldn’t fly Jetstar if I had a choice.

Forthright communication to the customers regarding services offered and any fees involved.

Scoot is a no frills budget airline. Do not expect a legacy airline experience.

I have taken more than 50 flights in the past year and this is the worst onboard experience that I've come across. There's always a risk with budget airlines and their creative views of customer service. Having bought a standard seat, we boarded at the assigned seat - we naturally couldn't choose ourselves as that would be extra cost. After take-off, the person in the row in front leans back their seat. As a frequent flyer, I believe this is their right, so I try to lean my seat back as well to have the same space available. However, my standard seat could not lean back, as the row behind was an exit row. As I had paid for a standard seat, not a less space than standard, I moved to the completely free row behind me. This was not allowed, as due to extra legroom, this would cost extra. Subsequently spent the next 30 mins discussing this scenario with the crew. I have no issues with budget airlines and additional charges, but if I pay for a standard seat, I want a standard seat, not one with less space. As you do not offer me a discount for the less space, do not try and charge me a premium, when I find a free seat with more space. It works both ways Scoot.

Finishes were quite worn, including our very scratched up seatback. No entertainment available, and the WiFi (even for “ScootHub”) was very slow. Crew were somewhat friendly.

Food & lower the prices. Look at Air Asia food look better & affordable

Not a frequent user of their website booking. Booked my check-in baggage and only realized that I did not book my check in baggage for return flight. The receipt was not clear in identifying that as well. Was charged exorbitantly at check in counter. Bad taste for sure when it is a business trip and not leisure trip. Baggage was delayed for more than an hour at belt back in SG.

Boarding took forever. It's also weird that we paid more (for preferred seats) to get on the plane last. Inflight WiFi never worked the entire trip. I want my money back.

The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..

WiFi didn’t work on both sectors so made killing time harder - planes clean modern and good flight crew - would do again if WiFi works

6hrs fly they dont give you a glass of water from seoul to singapore need to buy drink and food plus they charge for bag on international fly is always Free 1 bag from seoul to singapore is Not a local fly you are traveling true asia same story from singapore to Bali no water drink after payment for bag drink cost more the regular airline Well never use this company again we use regular company like Delta korea japan China and even scoot parent company Singapore Air

The flight has been delayed for nearly an hour, yet neither the captain nor the chief steward made an effort to explain the reason for the delay or offer any apologies to the passengers.

We recently flew with AirAsia and encountered several issues. Our flight was delayed by over an hour, and both boarding and takeoff were postponed without any prior notification. Although we eventually realized there was a delay on our own, the crew did inform us afterward. To make up for lost time, the pilot took off at high speed, resulting in some turbulent moments that were quite scary. Despite these challenges, the cabin crew did an excellent job managing the situation and easing the inconvenience. Overall, while the delays and turbulence made for a stressful experience, I appreciated the crew’s efforts to keep us as comfortable as possible.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our pilot was skilled and clearly experienced. The value for the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Very quick turn around, plane was in good condition, alles paletti.

My flight boarding was interrupted as gate staff said I needed visa in advance for Vietnam....

Instead of landing we had to go around and landed in Kuala Lumpur International Airport instead of Subang. Then we had to restart and arrived over 2.5 hrs late

As usual, poor communication on delays. No info, no updates, no apologies.

Boarding was nuts. Gate change. Delayed. No communication from gate staff. They seemed lost. Rest of the flight went well

Premium check in was worth it. Boarding process was a little chaotic. Seats were super cramped and I am less than 80kg and 180cm

It was good. The FACE check in at KLIA2 was not working.
