Both of our Business Class seats were broken. I'm sure they didn't just break before we boarded but were broken prior. They would not recline. We could sit up straight or lie down, nothing that would allow us to sit back and relax on a 12 hour flight. Totally unacceptable. Very expensive and a waste or money.
I was asked window seat on check in in Dar-es-Salaam. The person on the deck told me "yes, no problem", but gave me 10e and 25b seats! Better just to say "no"
Absolute worst airline. Charged us $720 to check 4 bags (2 of which were carry-on). Entertainment systems didnt work. And on a 12 hour flight they served 2 meals and never once came around outside of those 2 meals with a beverage or cup of water. Will never fly them again.
The flight attendants were great! The seating for business class is better on other airlines. The food was also good!
The Etickets had been changed (Why?) without notice ; Hence, that caused troubles when checking in. Not until I contacted my ticket agent and was given correct Etickets could I then check in.

The flight attendants were very attentive and recognized that I had a very short layover for my connecting flight. The head flight attendant went out of his way to find out my connecting gate and ensure that I expedited the aircraft quickly.
I paid for reserved seats but didn't got them at all

I fly very often domestically and internationally, and Turkish Airlines is without a doubt the worst airlines in the world. The flight attendants are rude, and nothing works on the airplanes. My last flight the touch feature to the monitor didn’t work, not that it mattered, because the selection of movies was awful. And the sound was not working anyway. The monitor at the front of the cabin malfunctioned about an hour into the flight. The food is not an amenity, it’s a punishment. What did not taste so horrible as to be inedible caused gastric distress soon after. I have never had worse food on any airplane than I have all 7 flights I’ve taken on Turkish Airlines. Why do I continue to fly with them? Because they are the only carrier on some of the routes I fly. Whenever there is another option, I always take it no matter the cost. Turkish Airlines is always the last resort.
Good, however, I wish that the airlines would have delivered my delayed carry-on bag (checked in at boarding gate) to my hotel. I understand that various countries do have restrictions on such services.
The seat space seemed small especially when the person ahead reclined but other than that, very good.
Flight was late and has 12 hours transit time instead of 1.3 hours.

Selling food instead of offering it as complementary with the excessive price, is pure greed and not comptitive at all.
Plane left 1 hour and 30 min late due to a faulty gate at the airport . they should have changed the gate immediately and minimize the delay. Due to this fact I lost my connection in Munich and ended up staying 12h in the airport . I got rebooked and for the troubles i got a 15 euro voucher witch is barely enough to buy a bottle of water in the airport . A bottle of water is 6 to 7 euros in the airport a sandwich is 12 to 20 euros . a sleep cabin is 17 to 20 an hour . their compensation is mediocre at least it has not changed the amount in the past 10 years , where the prices since then have . On top of this on my return they broke both of my check in bags another 500 USD damage
Complete chaos for boarding. Had to wait until the very last minute to be able to find a seat. No update from staff on what to expect even after multiple attempts to resolve the situation.
The crew did an awesome job in helping parents with infants, resulting in a quiet trip for all.
They canceled the flight and even have not send any notification about flight cancelation.
The ground crew would not allow me to bring carry on. Sh on the plane while the seat next to me was empty and some of the overhead bins were available. I had to wait 30 mins for the luggage to arrive. There was no reason for it.
