Nothing luxury about Turkish airline compared to many other airlines
Everything was good except that they didn’t give us seat for our connecting flight in Istanbul from Cairo. This created a panic situation. Hopefully they give all customers connecting flights seats right from the start.
Space between seats is challenging but otherwise excellent service in every way.
The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support
Boarding experience was a mess- both to and from Istanbul airport. No one knew anything. They asked everyone to line up according to their sit numbers- it was unbelievable. Business class had a separate line, but it was hard to find- I had to go through all that mess before finding it. Would not recommend
My experience with Turkish Airlines was good. I didn’t get the meal I ordered. So I didn’t have anything to eat which was disappointing.
Bad confort, bad seat take advantage of the political conflict to double the price
Everything was so smooth. It could be just a better temperature in the plane; it was a little cold.
The prices and many to choose from: Very unfriendly unprofessional and difficult staff and lacked English skills. Had the pleasure to go to Istanbul in 2022 but went on Jordan Airlines and found Turkey a wonderful place with kind people. The experience as a first time flyer on Turkish Airlines was so disappointing that received not to go into Turkey was so upset about this cruel treatment

Online check-in was not possible, apparently due to connecting flight with LH. Check-in agent helpful but not efficient. Flight comfort okay, but zero service, not even water on a 2+ hour flight. Bag delayed at destination.
The plane was late to Frankfurt and I almost missed my connection and my checkt in bag didn’t catch the second flight! Poor
The entertainment is pretty boring. There are no new movies or TV shows from February. The food is just ok on the Atlanta to Frankfurt leg, but better on the Fra to Bengaluru leg.
I ended up in Lufthansa to Zagreb because of our delay
Flight was late and has 12 hours transit time instead of 1.3 hours.
The flight and service were very good. Thanks to the crew.

Food service was good. Aircraft was old and needed upgrade such as seats. Flight was delayed about 1 hour.
The flight was delayed and I was stressing the whole time about whether I would make my next flight.
