How to Get to Pattaya

Plane

Although Pattaya doesn’t have its own airport, you can fly to Rayong Utapao Rayong Pattaya (UTP), which is located 19 miles from Pattaya. Rayong Utapao Rayong Pattaya is the most popular, with regular flights from Jetstar Asia, Finnair, Emirates and other airlines departing from Singapore.

Train

The train station in Pattaya is called Pattaya, and is located 1.5 miles from the city centre.

Car

Another option to get to Pattaya is to pick up a car hire from Bangkok, which is about 62 miles from Pattaya. You’ll find branches of Hertz and THAIRENTACAR , among others, in Bangkok.

Bus

Several bus lines operate bus routes to Pattaya, including Virak Buntham, Saly VIP and Bus. From Siem Reap, the bus ride to Pattaya takes 450 miles and will cost you around S$ 49. From Phnom Penh, the ticket costs about S$ 80 for a journey of 780 miles. The most popular bus station is Pattaya North Pattaya Road, located 1.5 miles from the city centre of Pattaya. Pattaya PTT is also a commonly used station, and is 15 miles from the city centre.
