Crew were so busy Anna so awesome. I was in a seat that got my food nearly last but the crew were Just awesome.

I had selected seats together for my family of three when I first booked my tickets in February. However, I realized only when I checked in at the airport that the seats I had selected were no longer assigned to us and we were completely scattered across three different middle seats instead of being seated together! After requesting the Singapore staff to have us seated together on a full flight, they managed to find something but it was right next to the rest rooms and the whole journey of 15+ hours was really unpleasant. They said that the seat selection isn't locked and the airline can reallocate the seats anytime. No one ever told us this and it was a terribly unpleasant surprise. Will avoid Kayak/underpricer and Singapore in future

Limited food options. I dont like chicken or even fish but that’s the only option. Sad to say not impress

Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Flight attendants were awesome! Very helpful and patients. Some food were good but maybe not serving fish that kinda make the whole aircraft smell fishy. The “fried pork” was tasty but too much skin so it doesnt taste that great.

Very concerned with guest comforts going out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs when the guests hadn’t pre-ordered.

Kayak really screwed up by offloading the booking to a third party. They were completely inept and caused a bunch of toil. I will never use Kayak again.

I had ordered vegetarian food. What I was presented was extremely dissatisfying and not up to the mark. I pretty much did not eat entire 19 hours. For.an airline voted as best in business, it was extremely disappointing. Seats were not comfortable to sleep. Entertainment system didn’t have much choice. WiFi didn’t work for more than half the time. Cabin crew were also difficult to understand. A bit of diversity like Emirates crew would go a long way.

A little more room from the reclining seat in the front of me.

It was okay. I feel that Singapore Airlines isn't as good as it used to be but it's still not bad

HAVING ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR PEOPLE TO BOARD ACCORDING TO GROUP IS ESSENTIAL N ENSURING N CUTTING OF QUEUES, EXCEPT FOR PRIORITY CLASS PASSENGERS ON A SEPARATE Q

Excellent airline. The plane was clean and the staff were very attentive

Good experience although the boarding gate is at the terminal extension hence need to leave lounge to head over earlier.

The flight was mostly fine, but I really wished that seats had an outlet to charge devices considering the length of the flight (15 hours there and 14 hours back).

Entertainment is limited with a relatively old catalogue. Wi-Fi never works and the cabin and lavatory had evidence of a lot of scuff marks and temporary repairs. Nothing unsafe, but a bit tatty in places.

USB charging port was not working at my seat 48K.

I enjoy flying with Thai Airways, however their B788 business class configuration is quite dated. Additionally , while the service is always friendly and efficient, I’m getting tired of the same “usual suspects” when it comes to food choices. Since it was a lunchtime flight, what about some gourmet sandwiches or some type of salad dish for the main course? The entertainment options are also quite limited and this is not unique to TG, so much so that given the short duration of the flight I ended up not bothering with any entertainment. Finally, despite signs around the cabin advising wifi available, I was unable to con-net and in fact I’ve never been able to connect on any TG flight over the last year or so - what’s the go here??

The aircraft was really old, the staff demotivated and the overall United airline service is horrible

Thai Airways is one of the best airlines in the business. Looking forward to fly again with them.

No working jet bridge to deplane, with priority customers deplaning last. Followed by bus to terminal.

Crew was polite. Ground crew was prompt in informing about the flight delay. Boarding process was ok. There was no entertainment on the flight. Blankets were not available for an overnight flight. It was very cold & blanket was given upon request. Food was average. It would have been better to serve breakfast instead of a late night dinner as people like to sleep & serving breakfast before disembarking in the morning at Singapore would have been much appreciated. Seats were ok. Plane was old.

Terrible. Air India canceled my flight out of Kathmandu because of airport constructions but did not tell me. They should not be selling night flights out of Kathmandu right now that they know they will not honor. The staff was terrible and not helpful with my rebooking or compensating me.

Flight leg to and from IAD/Delhi was good. The leg to and from Delhi/KTM was terrible.

Non reclining seats on a 14 hour flight. Crew skipped drinks for my row at least twice.

Their security process is excessive. We were checked when we got off our incoming plane, at the gate and up the stairs when boarding the plane. Come on.

Interment is zero tv wasn’t work phone charger plug doesn’t work moves doesn’t work

Boarding and crew were nice Food was normal No entertainment was on the flight. Neither TV screen was there nor Wi-Fi connection to the mobile phone or iPad was there. Even the budget wing of AIR INDIA ie AIR INDIA EXPRESS provided us Wi-Fi connectivity on our mobile phone in their DOMESTIC SECTOR. So not providing Wi-Fi connectivity on international flight was unthinkable.

Every thing was so old…. Can’t believe they are able to charge so much for this terrible level of service will use alternate company in future for all travel needs

Food could have been a lot better! Earphones worked only on one channel/earpod!

Except Boarding, crew and flight furation, nothing was there which i liked. It looked like the Boeing-777-300ER flight run by AI sucks big time, its broken from inside glued with tapes, hand rests were broken, flight was like it was never cleaned, experience of current AI flight sucked big time except the duration which is a direct flight is a big plus and thats why people like to travel via AI. With this experience i had, the price i paid was not worth it.!!!
