Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Food was terrible , uncomfortable seats, WiFi did not work, will never fly Singapore again.

Really great service throughout and the food was really nice. I can highly recommend thank you very much.

Fast and efficient flight. Wifi worked well. Food selection could have been better

I had ordered vegetarian food. What I was presented was extremely dissatisfying and not up to the mark. I pretty much did not eat entire 19 hours. For.an airline voted as best in business, it was extremely disappointing. Seats were not comfortable to sleep. Entertainment system didn’t have much choice. WiFi didn’t work for more than half the time. Cabin crew were also difficult to understand. A bit of diversity like Emirates crew would go a long way.

Overall the airline tried to give excellent service. The wheelchair service was bad at SFO. My baggage was also delayed but I thank them for taking the trouble to find it and deliver it to my home.

Excellent crew service. Professional, courteous. Service with a smile. Good food Very decent flight experience

First time flying with Singapore airlines and I’ll give them two thumbs up 👍 👍

Best service airline. The cabin crew is attentive and friendly. Inflight entertainment system is good

Flight was short but turbulent giving uneasy feeling :( ; although views were mesmerising ;)

Flight boarding experience with journey was smooth; can describe it as a less to minimal turbulent flight!

I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return flight). They charged so much money but provide very less food/drinks as compared to another airlines. Never ever fly with Indigo.

Just fly from point a to b. rest holds zero stars. And with zero competition, what do you expcect

Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.

Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight

The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.

झूठा है इंडिगो फ्लाइट में मील दिया नहीं जब शिकायत किया तो बोला आपको मिल चुका है

It took a lot of time to declare that the flight gonna be cancelled ☹️ very disappointed.

They denied my meal which was included in ticket and also damaged my bag completely and broke the wheel and still not accepting their fault

When landing in Hyderabad, the pilot made a hard landing. Everyone in the plane were shocked. The captain landed the plane hard and felt as if we were going to be thrown out from our seats. It was surprising the captain didn't apologize or make an announcement about. Again a surprise no crew acknowledge this. This was an odd experience!

I appreciated a meal on the shorter flight. It was slightly delayed with no announcement but I was able to determine what was happening.

I don't think there were entertainment options (short flight) - which is why I gave the 'ok' sign. Didn't make a diff in my flight experience either way, however

Really old air craft, broken seats and tray tables. Entertainment screens don’t work. Charging ports didn’t work.

Poor, pilot flew as if he was in hurry and had to coverup for wasted time

seats were not comfortable, entertainment was not working and food could be much better, given the airline calls itself full service and india's flag carrier.

The planes did not have charging jacks for phones or lap tops and there are no monitors for movies. On the flight from Delhi to Hyderabad I was the last person in First asked for a meal choice and only one meal was available so I had no choice.

Crew was polite. Ground crew was prompt in informing about the flight delay. Boarding process was ok. There was no entertainment on the flight. Blankets were not available for an overnight flight. It was very cold & blanket was given upon request. Food was average. It would have been better to serve breakfast instead of a late night dinner as people like to sleep & serving breakfast before disembarking in the morning at Singapore would have been much appreciated. Seats were ok. Plane was old.

Terrible airline... Originally, the flight was canceled and didn't receive a notification, had to learn from their twitter account... Rebooking was a huge pain... Every other airline like American and United did eventually fly a day later... The flight had a layover, no other airline needed one... India is such a weak nation globally, this airline has no leverage to negotiate good airspace... Flight left late, again no notifications as to why at the airport. On the plane, wifi is spotty, chargers don't work... The only saving grace used to be good food. Even that has gone down the drain. Just the worst!

The web check in doesn’t work. Had to wait 10 minutes on the counter for them to figure out boarding. I understand AI Express doesn’t have a practice to offer food to everyone in the business class. The flight attendant asks for name (not sure why she doesn’t know it especially with only 8 passengers in the business class) to figure out whether or not they should serve food. KAYAK should sell AI Express tickets separately, not as part of AI. Neither the experience close to AI, the Maharaja points also don’t get awarded despite Express being part of AI.
