I love my flight from Munich to San Diego — highly recommend British Airways.

Very crowded, no real explanation of food "chicken or pasta?" After dinner no drinks service. Plane was clean, but little help with finding soaces fir luggage to get into overhead bins. Many passengers putting 2 bags, hats, duty free in overhead bins so no space for roll ons

The boarding was smooth, seats comfortable, crew friendly and helpful.

The crew were good. The flight was on time. The food was bad.

Only for BA because we had to get to Edinburgh at a certain time. Baggage lost, late boarding with only one person checking, again, our passports and boarding passes until the despatch controller had to step in to get us away. Will never fly BA again.

I always have issues to connect with BA WIFI. Nothing to blame BA for but there is always an issue getting a gate at any London Airport whether the flight is on time or delayed. But overall a great flight.

Bad. After 3 hours on tarmac, flight got cancelled. No assistance whatsoever from BA.

We had airport assistance which was good except at Heraklion it was very difficult to find any staff to ask where to go which proved stressful

The wheelchair service was good. Staff and crew were helpful/supportive. The business of 'being overbooked' ....."you may not be able to travel tonight/we may have to put you in Economy'" was rather unsettling. Even Economy Plus in a MIDDLE seat felt cramped. The seating and experience felt very basic even though I had struggled to pay for extra - Economy Plus.

Flight was good but seat in 12D was not comfortable, better on the Airbus 321 from Tampa to Charlotte. No breakfast was served before landing in zLonfon only a coffee and orange juice.
