Requested food items were always finished but the available food was warm and tasted good Good entertainment options.

PLEASE GIVRE US PERMISSION TO BOOK SEAT NUMBER EVEN WITH FEES

The fact that my flight was cancelled and made wait for 14 Fing hours to booka flightto a neighboring country.... never again

The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support

The flight from Istanbul to Karachi was an old plane in which the seats don’t even come close to lying flat. It was uncomfortable - may as well have been economy, and a far cry from Qatar Airways that I’m used to. The food was mediocre and entertainment couldn’t even be used because there was zero privacy like in a normal business class, so it would feel as though everyone is watching the movie with you - which is awkward. I had to put my food tray out as a leg stopper to get into some sort of comfortable position to curl up and sleep, which is ridiculous. Unacceptable given the ticket still has a business class price tag.

I had ordered gluten free vegetarian but I got chicken instead. I wasn’t able to eat the meal. It’s hard not having food to eat when it’s an international flight. I don’t want to complain but when it’s a 14 hours flight. It would be nice to have something to eat.

Bad confort, bad seat take advantage of the political conflict to double the price

My flight was canceled 1 minute before boarding. The customer service was owful, no one could tell us what was going happened. I spent 30hrs instead of 15 from Washington DC to Brussels. No apologie or help

Turkish Airlines will be my first choice to fly in the future.
